      I tried to look up information on one car for $1.99 and unknowingly ended up enrolled in a trial that charged me $30 a month for three months before I noticed it on my ****** account. This kind of deceptive setup feels unethical, even if its technically allowed in the fine print. They clearly hide the terms, because no one searching for a single car report would intentionally sign up for a three-month subscription. Most people would only need a service like this for a week or two at most.

      The service works fine but they have zero flexibility. Signed up for seven day trial for about $2 and of course I forgot to cancel. I was charged $30 for the next month. I called within two hours of being charged to cancel, but they wouldnt refund.

      Tried to look up 1 car for 1.50 and unkowingly signed up for some trial that charged me $30 month for 3 consecutive months before i found the charge in my pay pal. What a GODLESS and DECEPTIVE business. *******. Theft. Yet its all technically legal because the governemnt allows it in the fine print. Of course they hid it becaise nobody shopping for a car would want 3 months of this service. You max 1 -2 weeks would even use a seevice like this. This company has no morals. The owner probably goes to church too, laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful. $1.50 turned to $90 in unwanted services that i like all their customers just didnt need. If i wanted to donate $90 to someone it wpuld be the poor not a thieving business

It also states that it will automatically enroll into a subscription to be billed monthly for $29.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial.       This website contains outdated & false info. What info is provided is basic/minimal. The advertisement online is very misleading causing consumers like me to spend money on supposed state & federal public records but in actually its basically just names & some past addesses & should not be trusted.On Oct. 21, 2025 I paid $4.95 for the trial membership due to needing information for my family who is dealing with a family issue. Within 5 mins of looking up the individual we know & are closely related to, I was contacting customer support requesting cancellation of ******************* of my $4.95 due to the false information we were seeing as well as lack of very important information that should be on someones report as well as lack of basic info. We know this app isnt the govt but choose them due to their advertisement stating they provide access to government-generated public recordsthey do not. Its just whatever someone shares. I have contacted the company by ************* multiple times yet have never received a response despite having 24/7 customer support (according to website). Our family was seeking help yet got ripped off & feel like we were deceived. Then Once they had my $5, we were ignored & our ********************** were never addressed. More validation towards their deceptive business tactics that leads you to spend money on their website. Very unprofessional

      I went on info tracer to trace a single phone number.. they charged $2.95 to my Venmo. 7 days later they charged me $24.95, apparently for a subscription. This was NOT clear when I searched the single number (which showed no results by the way) There was NO clear indication in the original transaction that I was signing up for a subscription. This is a fraudulent and deceitful business practice. I filed a dispute with *****, they denied it saying I received the service. I filed a dispute with info tracer and they refused to issue a refund because I have an ongoing dispute, but ***** says my case is closed. These folks are just modern day THIEVES!!!!

      Read their terms and conditions: when you click agree, you are signed up for their unlimited monthly subscription. I thought I was purchasing what appeared to me to be a single reportContacted them and was able to cancel subscription/account, but they would not refund initial monthly charge, when asked, referring me back to their terms and conditions, as a justification.

      The initial 2.95 service was fine for what I needed, but I did send an email to cancel my subscription well before the 7 day period. I did not receive any follow up regarding such, and was charged the monthly subscription price that I did not want. The only reason I even remembered this was because my bank was kind enough to flag this charge as fraudulent. I am letting this one pass because I did forget, I am accountable. But its shameful that I was never reached back to and charged for a service I explicitly attempted to remove myself from. Please include a built in means to cancel subscriptions on your website please.

      Website shows a license plate report available with registered owner for $2.95, then upon being paid asks for another $9.95 to show (presumably this time?) that information.This is the very definition of bait and switch. Sleazy!

      Im sorry you did not find the information you were looking for; please know all customers are welcome to run a preliminary search. The Preliminary Search accesses peoples databases to verify that the person exists in *****************, and is just a preview of the possible results available once you've subscribed to our services.

      I have also looked on my end to see if I could help you get the results you may need, but I wasn't able to. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection.

      You could start by refunding my $2.95 for a report that didn't include the registered owner information your website teases as a blurred-over component of the paid version of the report in its graphic.
