      So Far so Good. cost of premium report is bit high at $ 9.95. It says unlimited reports are free so why the charge? Will read the report they issue and see what's up then.

      They con you 2.95 charge turns into ***** then take away membership so you don't even get to use your money's worth of service. If I had to pay $24 for the month I should be able to use the service for the month you cancel my membership before I can even use the rest of my 3 weeks just because there was a dispute from PayPal that y'all want so you get to keep your money why can't I get the services scamming people out of their money and fraudulently not providing the services that you are scamming us for we pay for it why can't we get it then y'all need to be shut down

      I needed info on who owned a property. I paid the $2.95 charge for what I thought was a one time charge. I carefully read to make sure I was not signing up for a subscription because I cant afford it. My paypal is now being charged $24.95 for a subscription that I did not agree to. I did however get the subscription cancelled. I only used the service one time. Youd think they could refund my money. I guess thats how they make their money. Beware.

      Searched on license plate and paid the $2.95. Was charged $24.95. A week later. Contacted customer service and they say I agreed to the payment when I certainly did not. Trying to cancel the membership was nearly impossible. And they didnt have any information on the license plate anyway. This is definitely a scam and reading over these reviews I can see it has happened to many people.

      I was told by a government agency to try and do a property search under my husband's name because they did one and showed he owned property elsewhere.. I tried running his name and nothing came up but I was compelled to pay a $2.95 charge for what I had done. I paid it and carefully read to make sure I was not signing up for a subscription because I can not afford it. My paypal is now being charged $24.95 for a subscription that I did not agree to. I did however get the subscription cancelled. This is a terrible thing to do to people. Now I will have to pay extra so that it does not go past my credit limit because of interest charges... Sad companies do this to people

      scam artists. They told me they had extensive information about a phone number, so I paid the fee, and suddenly all the information is gone. This is a scam. Bait and switch. The fee is low enough that they know no one will push too hard to get their money back. Do not give this company your money. I literally checked this website 10 minutes ago to confirm they are legit. Its insane to me that they are even accredited on here and I have serious doubt about the BBB now

      DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Pay this company for information. I was going out on a date with a guy who my friend discovered had a criminal record. She was able to find out a ton about him from a ****** search but I wanted more detailed info. I entered his name into the search bar and it spun as if it was locating and finding his records, stated there were several documents found but I needed to pay to view them. As soon as I pay the $2.95 it had the nerve to say no records found. I confronted the guy with the info from my friend and he confirmed that he did indeed have a record. Fast forward a week and I was charged $24.95 for not cancelling a membership I never signed up for. Called customer service and they dont even have a record of my account because I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ONE. cannot believe this business has so many stars with this clear bait and switch. The only upside is that the customer service guy phenomenal. I hope he is free of these scammers one day because he definitely deserves better.

      DIDO!I click on the tab for $2.95 to check on a VEHICLES history.the review gave me nothing I did not already have.The next think you know they deducted $24.95 USD a week later from my venmo account.Never recalling this authorization Very very surprised felt like a scam. Just be careful about this organization If I could leave a sub zero star review I would. I entered in the email address that I was looking to find some information about. Their dumb "searching" script that fakes as if the site is actually looking up information concluded and stated that it had found information, but I have to signup and pay to unlock said information. Once I did this and click on the link to access the report it takes me to a page that says, "NO INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND". They did refund me the money, but it took more of a ***** demand from myself than should have been necessary. I have used these same type of services from many other companies that provide them for years, *** granted they all work on a similar type of framework, but I have never been charged by any of them when they weren't able to find information for my search.

      This company will provide information on cars based on the **** While it is cheaper than other services I found the reports were not very detailed. After paying for an additional report they then offer a more detailed report for an extra fee. In addition, about a week after I paid for one report there was a charge on my credit report for $24.95 for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for. I was able to get them to reverse the charges but this is a very shady business practice.
