Absolutely horrible company. They set up an inspection. After the inspection was completed, they sent a list of 7 items that need to be fixed including the roof, over hanging trees, siding thats coming off. As well as no hand railing at the rear steps (there is one and you can see it clearly in the inspection report). They didn't send pictures of the problem areas when requested. So we asked for the inspection report. (Which took several days to get.) The inspection report clearly stated that there were no issues with the house or property. So we sent them an email asking for detailed pictures of the areas that need to be fixed as well as pictures of the railing that we have. Their response which is letting us know that they are cancelling the policy mid-term with no reasoning or response to our initial email. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Reyna S

Worse insurance I do not recommend they drop me because I had too many claims three claims the most I have a good record of driving never missed a payment. So they decided to take my money then drop me their job is to insure cars that is why they are called car insurance. The claims that I had the other driver were at fault.Review from Je W

Unethical company, buyer beware! I was quoted a price based on discounts that I was ineligible for. I clearly stated that I did not have/want/need any house or apartment insurance, ONLY car insurance. The salesman gave me the discount anyway to get me to sign with them, which they took back when sending the bill. He also told me that I was getting other discounts, such as AAA, but did not tell me I needed to send a copy of my card. The original price also included a paperless discount, but he signed me up for a paper account. When you call for help, the customer service people sound irritated.Review from Marissa P

Cannot access their online account.They do not reply to emails.They will bill you for a car you don't even own anymore.They will try to bill you for an account which they themselves cancelled a year ago.Far as I can tell, this company us trying to scam me.They only cancelled my account after I transferred all my money to another bank, and cancelled the bank account.Review from Dan W

These people tried to fraudulently go into my account via ACH payment when I never gave them my checking account information. How they got my account number is beyond me. Especially when I already made a payment to my account. Now I'm going to report you to consumer affairs and find another insurance companyReview from John F

I had to terminate there service due to extremely poor service I had called them up after I had payed a week after decided to no longer due business with them I had a fender ****** and they were very shady about it they were supposed to get back to me never did everytime I call she was on vacation ******* seem to be done correctly at all after I wanted to terminate the service they told me to call my agency which I did agent said she will send me a email which she never did now I have new insurance with a better company they still decided to keep me running so now Im being threatened for collection this is bad business I will not be bullied or harassed by this companyReview from Vincent C

Horrible insurance company, Adjuster ********************* came to our shop on a 2023 ********, he would not even call the dealer for the parts prices, he used a 2020 ******** instead, on top of that he made up his own labor times, and tried to give ** ***** labor, on a high end vehicle, this company has a one star rating and trust me that is high for how they take peoples money and out and out rob them. and his supervisor is just as incompetent, please don't use them you will be so sorry.
