7/26/2023 I received phone call from the above name company alleging that I owe $7,9166.00 dating back to the 1990's to Capital ********* I have accounts with Capital One and am in good standings with them. Capital One has not or is not trying to recover any monies from me. This company is fraudulently trying to obtain money. I have been made aware that my name and personal information has been hacked by the ********* *********** of Vehicles on 7/22/2023 and the calls have started.Business response

This is not my firm who is calling you. Unfortunately, approximately 5 years ago a debt collections company was created and has a virtually identical name as my firm which has caused me to receive multiple BBB complaints. My Firm (The Capital Solutions Group, LLC) has no contact with individuals as we provide advisory services to corporations.
The company that is calling you is ******* Solutions Group (note the "o" vs "a" in the word *******) who is a debt collector. Their phone number is ************* and the website is www.capitolsolutionsgrp.com.
I feel bad for people when they have a bad experience with that firm but I would appreciate it if you withdraw your complaint or confirm that my company was not the one you have an issue with so that my BBB record remains clean.
