            Faulty settings and shady business partners. Very band experience with this company! I purchased a ****. diamond ring for my wife and out of the 5 stones, 2 popped out 3 yrs in. She did not wear ring to bed and works in the medical field so was always in gloves. The ring started off at ************* in ******** where it was sent into ******. No one was working in ****** as it was "closed down", covid. We were never told and months went by, no phone calls. Finally we got the ring back from ****** after many multiple messages were left. It was sent back to Romm where they said they fixed it.... Less than 1 year same 2 stones came out again. Ins company sent us to a reputable jeweler that they use and guess what, Romm had used a bogus fill to fix and Hearts on Fire wanted $1800 to fix.... reputable jeweler (that everyone knows) fixed for 850...... They could not believe the purchase year was 2015... This ring was not worn for almost 1 year while it was sorted out who was going to fix it and how much they were going to charge us! The reputable jeweler could not believe Heart on Fire wanted !*00... They were completely blown away HOF was tring to charge the client when clearly Romm used inappropriate metal when "fixing"! End result.... ring fixed correctly by reputable jeweler. DO NOT buy Hearts on Fire or their associated partners!
