      SCAMMER. DO NOT BUY. This guy had me Zelle him $500 as a deposit for some stuff. After a few days. He asked me for another $500 without even sending me any product. Then he stop answering me after I asked for a refund because I read all the complaint about him being a scammer. The cashier is Brain Forben. Send me my money back. Now hes not answering the DMs on IG. My IG is No_dayz_off_21 He should be thrown in jail

      Hi our Instagram page is @ Mr_Exclusive86 there are several pages impersonating ** and it clearly says on our Instagram page this is our only Instagram page. I dont know why you sent any Zelle payments to but it was not my business page. I would also appreciate if you removed your ****** review as well because this has no association with my business. Im sorry you got scammed but it had nothing to do with my company

      So here is the details of why I am giving this scammer( ****************)the 1 star there are no other options . So he posted a watch for sale I called him in the morning and he told me this my cell phone just text me the watch that I am calling about I texted him he gave me the price and I told him I live in ny how can I make purchase of that watch no answer for couple of hours after I called him from another phone number he picked up my phone and told me oh its sold how many times I have to tell you and then hang up on me (rude ) when I cursed at him for hanging up I started cursing at me ( he never told me that the watch is sold and I am talking about the same day couple of hours apart $40k watch with no warranty card ) the reason I was going to talk to him because I wanted to ask him how can we tell its authentic and the year without the warranty card for a new Rolex watch rude , unprofessional, unreliable,unresponsive

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Mr. Exclusive! They stole $500 from me. The chain I ordered was advertised as a 4mm SOLID gold rope chain. I asked Mr.Exclusive several times to confirm that the width of the chain was 4mm, which he confirmed it is 4mm. When I asked him to confirm if the chain was SOLID, he said "it is semi-solid (hallow)". This was not how he advertised it. I wanted a solid chain and he told me to pay an additional $500 to upgrade to a solid 4mm chain. I paid this amount. When I received the chain, it was only 2.5mm and was half the weight of a solid gold 4mm rope, meaning it is half the value. I reached out to this business in every way simply asking them to correct this mistake. I offered to ship the chain back to exchange it for the CORRECT size (4mm) and was told to ship the chain back and pay an additional $960 for the correct size. This is unacceptable. If they would have simply done the exchange and sent me the correct size, I would be a happy customer, but the lack of care and integrity this company showed has me extremely upset. Never doing business with this company again and will make sure no one I know does business with Mr. ********

      Horrible service!! I cant speak for their product because I never received it! Pretty fishy that they refused to use PayPal and I had to send the payment on Venmo instead. They shipped out my Diamond wedding band and it was lost. They refused to file the claim so I had to do it myself. At that point *** could not give me any information because I wasnt the shipper. I contact the company multiple times a day about getting with *** about the claim because they stated they could not send me another wedding band until the claim was finished. Then I get a text from a customer service rep that stated I needed to pay $500 more for them to ship out my ring and included a picture of the ring they would send. The ring was not correct and had far less diamonds in it than I paid for originally. I tell her this and she states she will have to get with the boss. No solution again. Weeks later I have to contact *** again because the company ghosted me completely. *** stated that the claim still needed information from the shipper. That only $930 had been proven on the claim from the shipper. So I reach out again to them and all they could say was I needed to pay an additional $500. When I refused and asked for a refund they completely stopped responding and opening my messages once again. I then filed a claim with my back and with Venmo. I paid for the ring on 8/26 total pricing $2,999. The ring was under next day shipping. It should have arrived on 8/31. For two months they have refused to solve this issue. Luckily I received a refund in full from Venmo. I will never purchase from Mr. Exclusive again and I ADVISE NO ONE ELSE TO DO SO. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

      To whom it may concern, *************************** did purchase a ring with us on 8/26. She was given the option to pay through other secure methods such as ************* pay, she chose to use venmo. the ring was shipped to her in less than 24 hours. The package was unfortunately lost by our carrier, **** Luckily we had insurance on the package for $2000 coverage. We started the claim & was in the middle of investigation. ***************** was extremely inpatient & did not understand that we needed to wait to have the money in hand from *** in order to repurchase the ************* her another ring. She has been fully refunded by Venmo.

      Yes, I was refunded by Venmo after all forms of communication was ignored for weeks. You all tried to send me a less valued ring AND demand additional payment for it to ship. You only covered $2,000 value of a $3,000 product. Your company forced me to start a claim with *** when it is *** policy that the company shipping the product should file the claim. *** also told me you could only prove the rings value to be $930 and you didnt provide additional back up for the remaining $2,069 that I paid your company. 2 different reps told me I needed to make an additional payment of $500 to send me a replacement product. So I stand firm that your company scams customers and they do nothing to help. We all know that Venmo is very unlikely to refund so I am blessed to have received on.

      Sold fake jewelry. Only wanted cash app for payment so he wouldnt have to do a return. Wouldnt exchange product, sent something totally different than what was paid for.
