Do Not Hire, Job was a complete failure. See my full review on Yelp.Work started 10/10/2023. The owner ******************* came out we did a site walk identified where the water comes starting at chimney base on west side of house around to the front side to the garage. There is a room underneath the garage I showed the places where water would enter. Back outside he told me what he was going to do and how, it had to be done. Dig around foundation, dig out the two attached to house planters, front porch landing, cut the concrete and asphalt in front of garage. French drain system would be installed, and Aqua bloc latex membrane would be applied (Original contract was for $22,375.00).On 10/10/23 *** arrived with his crew they started working I signed the contract all seemed fine. When they got to the planters ran into problem (an additional $4,225.00). At one time the house had a walkway around the front and the planters were built on top so they would have to chip through the concrete to access the foundation. I asked *** when he was going to get to the garage. He said the garage was not included, told him we discussed it that and there was no way I would have not include the garage, he was mistaken. He insisted I told him to stop there. I told him again there is no way no how I would not have included the garage considering we went downstairs in the room below to show him where the water was entering (an additional $4,875.00).On 12/11/2023 I spent my morning sucking up water in the basement with a wet-vac. Water came through the concrete slab area, also in the garage and flooded. Our water problem still exists.And again, on 12/18/2023 our basement took on more water, we spend most of that day wet-vac the water. Statewide has provided us with a 20-year guarantee. To-date we have not been provided any resolution to our situation.1/25/2024, received $2500 from Yelp. Contractor was Yelp Guaranteed. Statewide made the water problem worse.
