            I hired them to complete a move where I was not present. Quote was $1,600 *** got charged ***** and many items broken and or left behind at old residence. Requested assistance from supervisor to no resolve.

            The worst company ever and big time liars!!! We were scheduled to move at 1pm on June 30th from Easton ** to ***********. *********************** the main point of contact texted me the night before and asked if we could actually do 7am to which I declined because we wanted the original time we set for 1pm. The next day (June 30th) ****** sent me a picture of a flat tire around noon saying their truck won't be able to make 1pm. (I WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT RECENTLY THAT THE FLAT TIRE PICTURE HE SENT ME WAS TIME STAMPED FROM MAY 1ST) BIG TIME LIARS!!! Before I found that out, they eventually were able to get a truck to Easton around 4pm. As we were waiting at our new house in Plymouth waiting for the truck with all of our stuff, *********************** called me and said that the truck with all of our stuff got a flat tire and into an accident and the truck wasn't drivable. It was towed to ********** ** the night of June 30th and then they didn't deliver all of our stuff until 72 hours later on Monday. My wife, daughter and I had to stay at a hotel since we didn't have any of our stuff. ****** showed zero empathy and didn't understand why we were upset with the ongoing nightmare experience of not having our stuff. ****** also did not play fair and would not give us a discount for the poor problem solving. Awful company to work with. They are liars and scammers. Again, *********************** texted me a picture of a flat tire on June 30th saying his truck can't make it. I looked at the time stamp of the flat tire pic and it was taken on MAY 1ST. UNETHICAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They CLEARLY were fitting in another job during the day before us. Now I know why *********************** texted me the night before asking if they can start at 7AM and not the scheduled time we had at 1PM. Its laugh out loud funny that their company name is "Fast Quality" moving. They shouldn't be in business.
