I am currently being bullied through the use of internet. The problem that I am reporting has occurred at many other shops without reprieve. Although this is an independent complaint that has occurred over the past two weeks it is in connection with other complaints as it is clear that these individuals are communicating over social media and staging attacks. The companies involved include (The ************************, Flute World, *******************************). Each time the company has taken my credit card number charged it and refused to send the product. This again as occurred with Flutistry Boston. Around a week an half ago I contacted Flutistry Boston in regards to a flute trial (as with the other companies) I provided credit card information for the product to be sent. The product has not arrived. There are many instances in which I contacted Flutistry Boston and then I am given a notification from another company for a similar item and then a perpetual game of chicken in which I have left messages and emails with Flutistry Boston and no item as arrived; I then report fraud charges to my bank. They then in the case of The ************************ post to social media informing people of free trials, for flutes which is a double meaning as they are engaging in illegal behavior. I have studied the instrument extensively and know these persons or persons directly or indirectly. They are also illegally on my property. They complain profusely about unfair treatment and are most likely staging a boycott of what I do not know. As the bullying and harassment has continued over social media this is the first step in documentation towards further legal action. I would like a flute to be sent as requested. These individuals or groups of individuals have no place in any business as the relationship in regards to commerce is not that of an adult but of an immature child. In addition they have several different listed prices for items; same item same shop ~5000$-6000$ variance.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I called the business on Friday with no response and was able to get them in the phone and they said they would call back. The name of the company is Flutistry Boston.
