AWFUL!!!!Negative customer service. They want you to take your business somewhere else. No other plausible explanation for their abysmal "service." Conversations to do a simple *** to **** conversion:1. Called and was told they would email me the forms. They didn't. 2. Called and they had no answer for my inquiries to send me the forms. Had them talk me through where on their website to download the "correct" forms. Did, sent them in. They wrote back saying they couldn't do a conversion without the correct address of the ******************* (that was me, the address they mailed the letter to!)3. Called and had them email me the forms, stayed on line to ensure they got to my email address and were the correct forms. They assured me they were.4. Filled out the multiple forms, including a bank signature medallion stamp, mailed them in.5. They snail mailed me the same complete packet, yes, the very ones that I had filled out and sent in (receipt proven by **** tracking). 6. Called and asked what were they doing? The person on the phone claimed they couldn't see either my forms or the letter/packet the had mailed. I said it must have been seen as they cashed my $75 check for lifetime fee waiving. Asked for a supervisor. they couldn't find one and said one would get back to me. I told them to mail me my check back and I would be transferring my $ elsewhere.
