      I am writing with great concern and disappointment regarding the sudden deletion of my Evony account, which I have dedicated over two years of gameplay to. I am reaching out to kindly request the restoration of my account (ID: ********** and seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.I have been an avid player of Evony, faithfully adhering to the game's rules and regulations throughout my entire gameplay journey. To the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in any activities that would warrant the termination or deletion of my account. Therefore, the deletion of my account without any prior warning or explanation has left me baffled and disheartened.During my time playing Evony, I have invested significant time, effort, and resources into developing my account. It has become an integral part of my gaming experience and has fostered a sense of community and accomplishment. Losing access to my account has not only caused frustration but also a feeling of unjust treatment.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt response regarding the progress of my appeal and the reinstatement of my account, along with any compensation deemed appropriate.

      I filed a complaint to the company concerning an in game loss that was solely due to the companys failure to provide a stable game platform. I have emailed them over 30 times and received no response. I have ticket number ******* as proof. This has been going on for over a month.

      2/26/22- This is a complaint and mediation attempt against Evony LLC et al. ** this date I was playing an event called Huns Invasion. My troops are supposed to heal after this event. They did not heal. The troops coat hundreds of dollars and a lot of time to build in the game. It also takes a lot of resources (that costs a lot of money) to rebuild these troops. Many of us have had a lot of losses due to the glitches in this game (Evony the Kings Return). I have paid thousands of dollars to get to the level I'm at. I refuse to pay twice for troops that were supposed to heal after exiting the event. I have restarted the game many times and my game is updated. This is an attempt to get my troops healed or a repayment if I have to heal them. I am not the only one who has experienced this... many have and at this point we are discussing a class action lawsuit if this is not resolved for not only myself, but many others. It is my belief the glitch is on purpose and just another way for Evony to rob people of their money. We are tired of this and all the issues and their lack of addressing the issues.
