    I made a purchase on 4/23/2025 for two pair of shoes. When I received them neither pair were what was shown, or described. I was totally disgusted, because they both said non-refundable. One place did take one pair of sandals back, the place that sent the wrong athletic shoe offered to send me 10% to keep the shoe, which was ignorant and laughable. My order # was SPO3652*****. I demanded a prepaid shipping label, and a full refund. This was my first and last time ordering through Shop Simon. A buyer has no idea what they will end up getting, and its nothing but a hassle. Ive tried settling this matter through Shop Simon, but after the last email offering me 10% to keep the shoes, I responded to their insult, and have not heard another response.

    I ordered some ***** clothing from ********************, and they sent me defective clothing where the pockets are out of place. It's really bad. Really crooked pockets etc. I think the website is selling bootleg ***** clothing OR some mess-*** you rejected from a sample.

    Be very careful when proceeding to order as they likely have added in order protection. Don't just click the checkout button. Or double check your cart before finalizing the order!

    I have submitted 5 requests to the Shop Simon Customer Support Team without getting my issue regarding unauthorized charges for Onward Protection resolved. I finally messaged the CEO through LINKED-IN and will see if I get a response from him! This transaction was my first online purchase with this company and it will definitely be my last.

    I ordered a ***** ********* sweater fromShop *****$150+. It had multiple snags and pulls. It is not acceptable to wear and is definitely in worn condition. It did have tags, but it was in terrible condition. Unfortunately, it was the final sale. This is the first and LAST item I will purchase from Shop Simon Premium outlets. If the items state final sale, I would NOT purchase them.

    This was your response! You are willing to refund 10% of $150.00 to keep a sweater that is not wearabletrying to blame the material. The sweater was in terrible condition when I received it. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOP LINZ RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE:I apologize that your sweater arrived damaged. While the retailer does not have a replacement available to send out to you at this time, we're happy to offer a partial refund to keep the sweater as-is. The retailer has stated that this pull is expected with this type of material. If you want to keep the item as is, please let us know. Once you confirm, we will issue a refund of 10% back to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the amount appear.

    The most horrible inefficient, ineffective, frustrating, incompetent moronic customer service I have ever encountered. How dare you not have a phone number that we can call to contact you. Your email system is frustrating to say the least. I have been trying to resolve an issue for more than two weeks, and your customer service representatives are the epitome of stupidity. You should be put out of business for your horrible business practices and the lack of customer support that you provide. I will never shop again with your company and I will encourage everyone I know to never use your company. It is quite obvious that you do not care about customer service and try to avoid helping the customer at all costs. I have had a package that was mis-delivered and been trying to resolve the issue for weeks with no help from your company's customer service. It is shameful and disgusting how stupid and incompetent and unhelpful your employees are. You should be put out of business.!

    Ordered a top from them and got the order confirmation email. Then received the following email:Order *** was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been voided.If you would like to contact support about this order, please email ***NO RESPONSE to my emails asking the customer service for an explanation. The item is still listed on their website as in stock. Is this a way to collect my credit card info???

    I recently ordered 2 pairs of slides with a 50% off promotion. Both pairs showed a sale price of $19.50 from an original price of $39.99 at checkout, however my receipt shows that the 2nd pair jumped to $78 and a 50% discount was applied to that amount causing an overcharge. I emailed customer service and within 2 minutes received an email stating that my items will ship separately and my case is now resolved. Now that I understand there is absolutely no customer service, and of the shady way the cost of the shoes changed during the checkout process, I will never order from them again. This place is a hit or a miss, and not worth the aggravation.
