      Apr4_2024 I made the order for 2 table pads at the cost of $553. First, I never got an email confirming the order that day so that somewhat bothered me, but I assumed it would appear tomorrow. What did happen the next day was the withdrawal of monies from my account, still no email for confirmation. *** tried multiple of time to call and left a message or two. I even emailed per their instructions to ******************************** with no reply of any sort. I would like a confirmation of my order and a delivery date if possible! Or all my money returned

      Hello,

      The email address provided by the customer ************************** on their original order entry form is undeliverable and the auto receipt of the customers order was returned as undeliverable.  We have reached out numerous times to this customer via email and phone in attempts to alert him of this issue and receive a correct, deliverable email address to provide his order receipt. I have left voicemails to the phone number provided on the order form as well.

      I have attached the original order receipt with the incorrect email.

      I accept this and want to apologize for my typo in the email preventing their response! This was all my fault and not that of the TablePadStore!

      I just wish they would answer their phone, but all is good now. Cant wait to see the pads!

      We ordered a table pad (order #*****) for a client on December 21, 2022 from the Table Pad Store (we are an interior design firm). The table pad was paid in full via credit card that day. We received an email on January 23rd that the table pad shipped via ****** When we didnt receive the order by the beginning of February we contacted them to see what the status was. We tried calling and emailing several times with no call backs (we left messages) or email response. We kept calling and emailing and finally reached someone on March 7th via phone and he said that there was an error with the shipping and ***** inputted our address incorrectly. I said that was fine but to please ship it out immediately and he said it would arrive in a few days. After still not receiving the product, we connected them again on March 21st with no response. Again we tried numerous means of contacting the company to receive our paid order but no one would pick up the phone, return our voicemails, return our contact via their website, or return our emails. Finally on April 28th they emailed me asking if they could still ship out the table pad as its been sitting on their hold to ship shelf. Unfortunately with the amount of time that past without a response our client cancelled the order and went elsewhere (understandably so). I explained that to them and asked for a full refund. They emailed back on May 3rd saying that their company policy was no refunds just remakes but they would offer a 30% refund in our case. I responded that I think the full amount should be provided given the extreme lapse in communication and that we didnt need the product anymore as again we waited so long just for some type of response that our client left us. I have not heard back from them at all since May 3rd even though *** tried many times to contact them. I think their lack of communication is not appropriate for a business and I would like to get my money fully refunded ($274.00), not just a small partial. I think other consumers should be made aware of their business practices as this experience has been an unnecessarily waste of time, resources, and aggravation. Thank you for any help you can provide!
