      I offered to return an item for which I paid $11.99. I was asked to keep the item and that the $11.99 would be applied to me as a credit. When I looked on my account I saw where I did have a credit of $11.99 which would be used on my next purchase. I did make a purchase in June but found it impossible to apply the credit to my total . After I paid my bill I noticed that the $11.99 was no longer available. I think this is a very deceptive marketing practice. I also got what I paid for, $11,99 for a cheap flimsy looking pair of pants that l would never wear. I have had other dissatisfaction with this company but $11.99 was the most for a single item

      Ordering is one thing, the delivery is another. Not reliable. Leaving packages anywhere ,where ppl can steal them. I don't even know if the courier stole it. Temu isn't doing anything about my order they say it isn't there problem as the said the company says it was delivered to the address but not the unit as it states on the shipping label and for it to be my first order on the app worst experience ever will not use the company or app again would recommended them to my worst enemy

      Received one order wrong, sent pica. No resolution. $100 lost.Ordered more boxes, didnt get one box, no credit received. Another $100 gone. Ordered a down comforter, its been months and the blanket hasnt stoped sheddimg

      BEWARE Temu gave me a credit which was suppose to go back to my credit card. They took the credit and they made it Temu credit. When I called the customer service representative and talked with her She said no worries well take care of this when she came back. She said you can keep the 4675 credit and use it and were still gonna credit your credit card back. Well, I Used it the credit that is they charge my credit card now theyre telling me if I send a product back, theyll give me my credit back, which probably be Temu Credit, which I dont want is companies a cheap company they tell you lies and then send you other products that you didnt order. Its just similar go back to Amazon..

      I didnt have a problem with Temu up until last night when they took $45 off my card and then turned around and canceled my order and told me that my address needed to be verified. Ive had the same address for the past year. My address is stay the same on my account. Ive never changed it, all I did was use a different card because the other one expired because theyre keeping my $45 and they canceled my orders saying that they couldnt verify my address and then told me that I needed to have proof of payment well I showed them that proof of payment for wish they turned around and told me that my proof is insufficient even when I showed them proof from my Temu account that they took money. I really wish I could see these people. I am not happy.????????

      Most of the items I have received from Temu I have been satisfied with. One order has been running the postal circuit for over a month and still not arrived. I requested a refund for this order and 2 days later it posted to my CC. As of now I am still pleased with this company and will continue to order from Temu.Satisfied Customer

      I think Temu is horrible. I returned a ebike for a refund and the refused the refund and refused to send the ebike back I have been going on with this well over a month. starting to talk to lawyers and get a case start.

      I was a loyal customer of ****************** shopping often. Until someone hacked my card. I communicated with TEMU on Chat and the email. The only way you can get in touch with this Company. I told them my bank had to red flag my account because someone Hacked my card and purchased $97. worth of items. So the bank had to block that account. ****************** Punish me and blocked me from ordering from TEMU! THAT IS DEAD WRONG! A Business does not handle Fraud like this. They allow to to prepare and reorder. I had gift orders being shipped to family sharing the company name that never received the orders. This is embarrassing and poor management.Mooring
