We moved into one of their properties in ***************, ******* after living there since July 2 of *********************************************************************************************************** so that we could be approved. We were told this is a predominantly African-American neighborhood and because we were Caucasian everything would be good after four months of living there we could not get any maintenance issues resolved we called the city code enforcement told him what was going on once they came outside investigation now the retaliation has started we contacted the company ******* no return phone calls weve been retaliated against for trying to do the right thing ************************ the ** was very nice in the beginning once they got rid of the property manager, because of her deceptive ways then it was turned around on us. Here we got played. The man asked us to open up and be honest we did and now were paying the ultimate price based on what weve seen it doesnt pay to be honest we have documentation emails, text messages, and receipts to back up the allegations and also the city inspectors code enforcement, this property was being worked on by unlicensed contractors which were taken off the property by the city inspectors the apartments have mold all documented. Nobody wants to take responsibility, and they try to bully you. We are disabled, have a long careers and do not under any circumstances, deserve to be bullied by people that have more money than us , we did nothing wrong that was reassured by Mr. ************************ and now that the managers been terminated now they go through the file and try to find anything they can to make sure we leave. I was told this was a HUD property I called found out it is not is privately owned by Jennison. I reached out to **** and **** no response. *** left a total of six voicemails for individuals no response I guess I dont have enough money.
