premier property solutions has done a remarkable job in regards to my rental process. I have been renting from Premier for the last three years in Back Bay and it has been nothing but a great experience. I complained about my unit being old and Premier decided to completely renovate my unit and they did not raise my rent price when they did so. The renovations are amazing. I have a new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows, new ceiling, new light fixtures, in unit laundry, new appliances, and an A/C/ Heating unit! They even installed a ceiling fan, overall I am beyond impressed with these renovations, and I am so grateful that they did not change my rent price to a higher number. Their workers are extremely competent and patient with me overall it's been a great experience and I would highly recommend them. I am very lucky I found Premier.

I inherited several condo associations in Back Bay 5 years ago. Truthfully I had no idea about property management, property ownership, how to attract and keep tenants and how to properly care for a property. I was totally lost. Luckily another real estate investor recommended Premier Property Solutions to me. The initial intake meeting was very thorough and I instantly knew that I was in good hands. They are very hands-on, very efficient and very knowledgeable when it comes to managing and growing a real estate portfolio. They somehow manage to keep my buildings at 100% capacity, we rarely run into issues, and any problems big or small are resolved VERY quickly. Recently the hot water heater broke in one of my older brownstones, Premier literally had someone over the next business day and the issue was fixed. My tenants were happy, and they say the hot water is better than it was before. I also like the premier always keeps me updated and in the know about what is going on in my building. Like I said I do not know much about real estate they make it very simple and break it down to me in ways that I can understand without a real estate background. They are very transparent, honest and their prices are fair. I truly did not want to sell my condos, I wanted to find a good property manager to take care of them so I can have the passive income. I am so grateful I was lucky enough to find a trusted, safe, and effective property management company. I have heard horror stories about shady property management companies and I am just really lucky that I found a company which gets the job done effectively and successfully. I enjoy the passive income from my real estate portfolio, and as I continue to grow my portfolio I will use Premier not only for property management but for real estate sale needs.

I have been renting from Premier Property Solutions for over 4 years now. They found me an amazing apartment in South ******, which means all of my needs and more. Anytime I have an issue, big or small, they address the problem in a timely manner and are very attentive. Recently my air conditioner stopped working, and their property managers went above and beyond to find a technician to come out immediately. My AC is back to working in perfect condition, and I'm really grateful they took the time and effort to get someone here within hours. Also their prices are fair are affordable. Their property managers are very attentive and friendly, and even took the time to hang my new pictures when I moved in. Overall I look forward to continue renting from them and highly recommend them for property management and real estate needs.
