They continue to send annual books even when not order with no way to contact them online. A scam.

I continue to have a terrible experience with this company and actually give them zero stars as a result. I paid for a subscription to Harvard Womens Health Watch in September 2022 via credit card. They never sent it. They offered to reimburse me in July 2023. After 15 emails to them and 3 phone conversations, they still havent reimbursed me. I have requested reimbursement on my credit card and stated multiple times I did not want a US check. The latest is I have to first receive a US$ check from them (I live abroad and cant cash the check), and send it back to them in the US at my expense. Then, once they receive their check back, I have to call them (international call at my expensethey refuse to use free methods of calling them) to provide my credit card details. We have called them with credit card details in the past, at their request, and they did not take the numbers, stating they need to consult senior managers. For the checks, they have never asked me my mailing address, so I have lost all trust in them. The two or three checks they claim to have sent never arrive. Please help me with recovering my money spent, for which I got nothing, just never-ending hassles. This constitutes theft.

This company operates terribly and misleads many consumers. They take advantages of Harvard's name brand but don't make the subscription process transparent. The book is poor quality, in terms of both contents and printing. The company sends you email with a promise of 30 day no question asked refund, however they automatically sent me their annual publishing the following year without my consent, and charged $39.99 even after I canceled the subscription. I contacted the customer service and then was told I was responsible for return postage. After I spoke to multiple representatives, they issued a return postage which would take 14 business days. I returned the book and I am still getting the bill of $39.99!It sounded like their customer reps work out of homes, lots of background noises, babies and dogs, and the operation hours are 9-4 Eastern time. They make it really hard!They should change the way they conduct the business and stop misleading the readers and consumers.
