I have been a COOKS ILLUSTRATED ONLINE MEMBER for so long i cant even remember but they have remained a trusted " friendly neighbor" ?? you can go to for everything cooking they are great, helpful and friendly wished they "lived next door" ???????? Chicken anyone? ??Review from Archibald M

As a long-time subscriber to Cook's Illustrated, I have been quite pleased with their publications, both print and online. Improvements in coordination of subscriptions of various titles recently has been much appreciated. Finally, this past weekend I received the latest Cook's Illustrated magazine, only to find it contained duplicates of some pages, while other pages were missing. I sent an email to their **************** address, and early on the next business day received a reply that the replacement magazine was on its way. Thanks for the good service!Review from Chris M

My wife and I love everything about ATK. They are our "go to" for food info, recipes and product reviews. We are about to purchase our next coffee maker based on their research. Their **************** is like talking to a friend that always has the answer you're looking for.Review from Jessica S

Years ago I was gifted The Best Recipe book (c1999), and I use and share it frequently, so much that it naturally opens to certain recipe pages. Also, after reading it, I became more aware of what to try with certain difficult hand-me-down recipes from Mom and Grandma. The folks at Americas Test Kitchen love to hear feedback and are quick to reply.Review from Ute V

I had an issue trying to update payment info on the website. I emailed support and got a very prompt response. It took a few back-and-forth emails to get things straightened out, and each time the support person, ***, responded promptly and helpfully. I've been a subscriber for many years, but this was the first time I've used the website support. I'm very satisfied and impressed.Review from Carolyn H

I recently received a bill from Cooks Illustrated for an automatic renewal. In fact, I had never subscribed to CI but had been given a gift subscription a few years ago.I wrote to say how objectionable this was and to please correct this immediately.The next day I received a response saying that it had been taken care of. (I hope this is the case. In time Ill find out.)In any event, my concern was addressed immediately and I appreciate that.Review from Debi P
