I want to complain to this Boston Realty Advisors. This company is a property management company, they took over management on property *********************, ******************** from Aug 2021. This property was managed by company ***** ********************* I have over paid HOA fee $740.05 to ***** ******************** when they managed the property, this balance was transferred to Boston Realty Advisors when they changed management. I have talked to ***** ******************** company and confirmed the balance was transferred, ***** also provided me the Ledger showing the balance. However Boston Realty Advisors does not give me this credit, even I have requested many times. They do not respond to my request. I believe Boston Realty Advisors has received the balance too since the my HOA account had this credit applied, but then they removed this credit and kept asking for repayment, even I showed them the ledger from previous management company (*****). They simply took my money. I am attaching the ledger from ***** and communication from ***** ****** help me get the credit or refund, and warn other business about this bad company (Boston Realty Advisors). Thanks a lot.
