I had 2 properties that Knox Financial managed in ****** since 2019. It was a terrible experience. Emails and calls are rarely answered, it would take many and frequent follow *** to ensure anything was done. Your questions will go unanswered if you do not follow up, and any request for receipts or documentation for work done will contain one line "repairs". If I am effectively managing the property myself, why am I still paying them every month? This is why I decided to terminate their management. However, they now say that I owe them for 9 months of fees because the tenants renewed a lease, and that lease has 9 months left. I pay them a fee based on the monthly rent, so they say I owe them about $****. This is ridiculous because they have been disastrous in managing my properties. My problem is not unique, if you search in ****** maps, there are so many negative reviews. Because their recent reviews were so bad, they renamed their business to 3P property services so they can hide them. But you know its them because of the response by owner "**** team". They also tried to do fake reviews. I have enclosed screen shots.Further, on their website they say they do not mark up maintenance fees. But actually they own a firm called 3P property services, use them for maintenance to bill you. I have enclosed my statement that clearly shows that they charge $325 for a turnover of the property when earlier, a third party charged $160. The list goes on as to the overcharged items. Deceptive.They do not have your interests at heart. A poor job done by a contractor is ignored, and their solution is to hire more contractors to fix the same thing, incurring more expenses and wasting money instead of telling the original contractors to fix their mistake. This is because they earn money with contractors, so they want this to happen.I paid too much in fees already, I do not want to pay that extra **** because of their incompetence and deceptive advertising
