I had to use a self serve kiosk at B.Good Terminal B near gate 30 at Logan airport 10/25/23 at approx 537Am while waiting for a flight. The ordering was confusing I needed 2 breakfast sandwiches and accidently ordered and paid for 6 by mistake. The woman came from the back to make the sandwiches I immediately told her I had made a mistake and asked if she could modify or cancel the order BEFORE she made them she said NO you have to take them all! I emailed them the next morning on 10/26 explaining my disappointment and was contacted immediately by *********************************** **** mgr of Delaware North both by email and text to my cell asking if she could refund me for the 4 extra sandwiches to which I replied Thank you very much. That was on 10/26/23 -she has texted me a few times assuring me her GM would apply the credit to my cc - THEN on 12/15/23 she asked if she could have the last four of cc date time and total charge to again have my refund issued - I sent a copy of the receipt to her by text and still no refund to date - I have all texts and email if needed.Customer response

I got off a very delayed flight at Logan airport today. I went to bgood restaurant and ordered at their kiosk that said you could not get a receipt. That was not an issue for me given the fact that I don't need a receipt for reimbursement. I got a notification that their internet was slow and to hold on for a moment and then it kicked me out. It did the exact same thing to the person behind me. We were both charged for our meals. They said they had no record of it and they said it happens all the time. I recommended they shut down the kiosk. They told me that they were not allowed to do that by their boss. I asked for a card and a number to call the boss. When I spoke with him he told me that that is correct. They are not allowed to shut it down and they have to keep it going except it doesn't work. It just takes people's money and he literally told me "Oh I assure you I will get you your money back." Except he asked me for no name. No phone number no card number nothing. This restaurant has horrible reviews and it is a scam. They are taking people's money and not giving food. Given the limited amount of time that I had to wait after finding out that I did not have an order, I could not get any food elsewhere. So I now have to take a two plus hour bus ride home on an empty stomach. The manager did not care at all. I got a call back from another manager who told me that they have problems when there is weather. They have problems with the airport and she's not going to break it down for me but they know that this is a big problem. Long story short they want to steal people's money and not fix a problem. I want a call from someone in their corporate location and I want it addressed immediately. I've already filed the charge back with my bank as well.Customer response
