I dined with friends at Neptune for lunch on Monday, March. 20th. We split the bill half-half and I remember my original share of the bill was around $71. I put a total payment of $81 on the original bill without filling in the tips section. However, when I checked my credit card statement this month, I was billed for $106.02, meaning a 50%+ tip rate! I tried to call Neptune multiple times and their phone line was always busy without the possibility of leaving a voicemail. I want to receive a copy of my original signed receipt from Neptune to verify the tips payment and receive a refund for the unauthorized excessive charge. I also hope to understand if there was a clerical error in data entry or more severe mistakes involved. The charge was on my **** of America Credit Card number ending with ****, and the reference number for the 03/20/2023 transaction is ****.Initial Complaint

3/19/2023, $71.53 in total. It was the worst meal of my life. The waitress is very rude and offensive and they doesn't take dietary requirement seriously. I order a Neptune Burger at first, but I didn't know that a burger in America meant a beef burger. It's not written on the menu either [only says: *******, fried oysters, garlic mayo, relish]. When I saw that the burger that was served had beef in it, I told the waitress that I don't eat beef and the menu didn't say that this burger included beef. After discussing with another waitress, she decided to give me a different meal. It's my fault, I didn't know that burger was a beef burger[ thats what she said], but I wouldn't have left a star if it had only gone so far. While I was waiting for my new order, I actually heard them say that they were going to call this beef burger a pork burger and give it back to me. When I made it clear to them that I would not tip them and pointed out their unreasonable attitude. One of them left halfway through and the other just said, "It's okay, you dont have to pay the tip if you don't want to." No apologies. Whether this is a joke or not, this is not a good way to treat customers.
