Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. The Blarney Stone is a restaurant/bar. The charge in question occurred on 08/14/21 at 12:19 am. The customer receipt I have is for $35.36 and I added a $6 tip for a total of $41.36. However, my credit card was charged $43.36. This is an extremely nominal amount and could be passed off as an accident, except for the fact that this is the third time this has happened to me with this business (the first time was for $4 additional and the second for $5). The first two times I passed off as mistakes. Once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, but a third time is a pattern.I visited the business on two separate occasions in an attempt to resolve this issue and each time I was told the owner would contact me. However, I never heard back from anyone.I am not necessarily looking to receive compensation or to punish anyone in particular. However, the employees need some serious retraining with respect to math and how to enter charges appropriately. I find it particularly interesting that the final charge did not work out in my favor on all three occasions.Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.-****Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I attempted to contact the business twice in person regarding this dispute and each time I was told that the manager/owner would contact me. However, I have yet to hear back from anyone with respect to the issue. Additionally, I filed this complaint with the BBB and neither you nor me has received a response. So, can you please inform me about the next steps? Thanks!
