Paid on 03/10/25 ******** times were told to be up to 14 business days. Its been almost a full month since I paid, no update. Asked for a refund, no response. There was no update to my order, I received the same automated email I received two weeks ago. Ive asked to be refunded 4 times now. I just want my money back. I dont want to wait for a product that wont ship. There was no human response provided.

Order a pair of shoes on 02/18 and the status remains on order received. I have sent multiple emails to them in regards to the order and they keep sending me AI generated emails saying the same stuff over and over. These shoes released over a month ago, they havent sent me any type of timeline or idea of when the shoes will be getting shipped. Multiple people have been commenting on their Instagram page saying similar things about their orders not being fulfilled and complaints / reviews on this website also reflect this. I purchased an item from the online store 2/4 - and this was only due to being given the incorrect item from the "back room" from an employee that I purchased in the Boston store and did not catch the mistake until I got home out of state. My fault - i didn't verify the correct item was in the bag before leaving, so i repurchased online. (although how hard is it to provide the customer the correct item they're buying?) Dealing with the online store has been a nightmare - barely responsive and when they do finally respond, it the same unhelpful, automated email over and over with no solution or information. I would simply like a refund on my order, as it has been nothing but a headache and I fear that even that is impossible. This response offers no timeline on when I can expect to receive my product which offers me no tangible assurance that I will in-fact receive the product I purchased. It's listed on the website that exact shipping timelines cannot be determined due to third-party factors. However, this is not a third-party factor. This is an internal inventory processing issue. Taking this long to fulfill an order is irrefutably egregious.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against an online retailer, Bodega, for failure to deliver an item I purchased. I have repeatedly contacted the retailer by email, but I only received an automated AI-generated response stating they are busier than usual and that shipping will be delayed. There have been no concrete updates or resolutions provided. 4. Given the prolonged delay and lack of genuine response, I suspect this may be a fraudulent or deceptive business practice. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes as Christmas presents on Dec 8 and Dec 9 of 2024 from Bodega's online store. like many other recent complaints, placed an order totaling $191 on 1/29, after a week with the order not fulfilled i reached out to the merchant for update, was given a generic response of takes 10 business days. waited and after 22 days i contacted again for update and asked if i could simply cancel the order since there is no sign of them ever sending my item, merchant replied and refused to cancel and refund and gave no useful information on when order would be fulfilled (just cut/paste we are overwhelmed). if there werent already numerous complaints for same issues i would give them more benefit of doubt but their store policy of no cancellation or refund for sale items is just theft and fraud if they never fulfill the order. no other shops in the similar retail space have such poor operation and customer service, will never shop with ********* again.Business Response

This shop is untruthful about its inventory items. They will sell you items they no longer have and hold your money as a interest free loan until they are able to restock items and ship out orders. They claim orders take 10 business days to process. It has been 30 and they are unwilling to provide a refund or a tracking number for the item that was purchased. I am not the only customer who is currently trying to get the items they have purchased. They have disabled their comment section on Instagram because that is all everyone is commenting about. **************** doesnt answer questions or provide information when you contact them they just state that the item will be fulfilled.
