      0 stars. The online Bodega store is simply selling goods they don't have. I bought shoes in late December, and after almost 3 months and multiple emails to Bodega Support, it never delivered. Bodega Support cited a fulfillment issue each time I compained, but after 3 months, it's was clear they just never had the product. What's worse, they never proactively told me they didn't have it, but rather let me wait and complain and follow-up, knowing the item wasn't available. I asked the physical store in **** and they said they couldn't help me because fulfillment was handed on the east coast. Not sure how companies are allowed to operate in this way, and ALL the reviews echo the sentiment: anger due to long waits with zero visibility and ultimately, a cancelled order or refund. Hoping the BBB or FTC can step in and penalize a business who cannot comply with their terms and conditions and reasonable e-commerce business standards.

      Ordered a pair of Chucks for my wifes birthday, its now a month later and still no shoes or tracking information. Contacting customer service is a joke, they keep sending me the same scripted email about overwhelming amount of orders and its still processing Seriously, after a whole month?!? Ive ordered things from stores 5000 miles away that arrived in four days! Now Im having to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back!

      I personally placed 2 orders during the semi-annual sale. According to their site, fulfillment should take 1-3 days and shipping should take 3-5 days. For the first order that I placed on 8/2, I didn't receive any updates whatsoever until the package was out for delivery. On the day it was marked as OFD, Bodega finally updated my order to send me the tracking number... again, on the same day. The shoes were fine, but I'm still waiting on my order from 8/3. I reached out to the customer service email 8/11 for an update. I received a reply on 8/14 that stated the following response:"As a general guideline, domestic orders take between **** business days for fulfillment and 1-5 business days for shipping.International orders take between **** business days for fulfillment and 3-7 business days for shipping.Please note that during high-volume sales or promotions, fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual and delivery times may vary based on location. Please keep in mind that we do not offer expedited shipping and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party factors beyond our control."This is listed nowhere on their site, and I challenged this by asking why the information wasn't reflected in the FAQs section, which is the information I'm going off of since it's official documentation. The representative, who never mentions their name, and I cannot make this up, sends me two Instagram links that are promotional posts for the sale they have running... it's not clear why these were sent, but neither of the post captions or media stated this revised info on shipping times and delays. I informed the rep that I was fully aware of the active sale, so I made the purchases. I have yet to receive any more replies to my attempts at contacting via email, ******** and they have turned off their IG comments because folks would probably complain about this all day. This same issue happened to a family member's recent order.

      Absolutely horrible experience. I usually never leave a negative review on a company even if my experience is bad but I felt the need to do so here. Today is June 07, 2023. I ordered a few items from their website on May 03, 2023 because they have decent products. It was shipped in 2 packages but only 1 arrived. I did not like the 1st item when it arrived so requested a return. They told me to go create my own shipping label to return the item. Most companies will create a label for free or bill you for one. They did not offer this. No big deal. As I am waiting for the 2nd package to arrive, I receive an email saying it was delivered. When I got home there was no package. I contacted them immediately via email since there is no phone number to call. They directed me to *** to open my own dispute. Another thing most companies would handle and not put on the customer. *** did their own investigation and initially said it was closed with proof of delivery. When I called *** they reopened the case and told me the case should be completed in coming days and the shipper will receive a refund then refund me. I waited a week and still nothing happened. I emailed them back again asking whats going on and they replied that *** closed the case with proof of delivery. They basically opened up the tracking number online and read to me what the tracking says. I told them this item was ordered over a month ago and they need to call *** themselves and figure this out. Their answer was they will keep an eye out to see what *** says. Any reputable company would handle this entire situation differently. Right now it is over a month and I do not have the items I purchased nor do I have my money back. This garbage company has not lifted a finger aside from writing emails back and forth to me upto this point. It makes perfect sense reading the reviews already on this website. Companies that do not lift a finger in situations like this should not be able to exist. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

      Hi ******, so sorry to hear about these issues. For standard returns, it will be paid by the customer, unfortunately, we do not offer Shipping Labels for this.

      As for the *** delivery, we go based off what *** states so if they **** the package as delivered and close the case with proof of delivery, that is what we follow.

      Very deceptive practices and among the worst customer service I've experienced. Wait times for delivery are over a month, and by the time you are informed of that it will be too late to cancel.

      Do NOT do business with this company. They are quite rude, but don't take my word for it, read the complaints they received and THEIR responses. I think you'll be quite shocked at their complete lack of customer service/support. Will never do business with again and will continue to share MY experience on social media platforms so potential customers can make a sound decision before making a purchase.

      The customer service is rude in emails and do not care about their customers. They ship out orders when they feel like it. Took almost a month to get my order after continually asking about it. Look at their LA location ****** reviews and how they respond to their customer complaints. They are all about their money and not the consumer buying their products.

      I purchased my son's gift on line and Bodega debited the money from my account and never sent the item. No customer service number and no way to contact the company. Total rip off.

      Ordered a $200 hoodie. Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Emailed them to change the size and they refused even tho it was still available. Lost a customer

      I wish I could give 0 stars ************ has a terrible customer support team. I purchased two items, a shirt and shorts. the shirt was fine but the shorts were too large and the material felt like a picnic tablecloth, super cheap like polyester. I emailed as soon as the items arrived and asked to get a refund and was sent a generic email stating NO Returns. I went back and forth with their CS agent who tried his best to stick to the policy, his explanations were unfounded. I then asked if I could just exchange the item form something that fits, as I only needed to return the shorts, I was told NO. I was passed off to a manager who was just as clueless. I work as a CS agent and I deal with difficult customers every day and Its sad that I had to place myself on the opposing side. I mailed the shorts back and provided the tracking number, I felt threatened by the manager as he used language like "onto the warning you should heed" wow! i mean, i would be fired if i declared a warning to one of my customers. Now, granted, I did throw quite a few jabs at the manager and the CS agent prior to this, i said things like "Please pass me off to someone of a higher pay grade, someone who has a salary position or at least making $30 an hour. " and "like I said no offense but I cannot continue on with this back and forth banter from someone who obviously has no clue. I mean, completely clueless." The issue is that the shorts I purchased were on sale, but no **** on the product page was there a message stating they were final sale, I explained to the manager and CS agent that I had recently purchased a pair of Bodega x *********** C 85 shoes and that product page clearly stated this item is final sale, for these shoes I understood what I was purchasing and I clearly understood that they were final sale. but these shorts, there was nothing like that on the product page. when I asked why were some products clearly noted
