I would like to file a formal complaint against Primark for failure to provide a refund for store bought (brand new merchandise purchased less than 24 hours before the return). On 6/ 27/24 at the Primark ******* location ( ******************************************************************) l purchaed three items. When l got back shorty thereafter l realized the quality of the items is not good and less than a 24 hour turn around entered the Primark ******** location (******************************************). Upon entering the store the manager ***** told me he couldnt do the return because it isnt the ******* location. I returned the items which l included a photo of the items being left with Primark at the store. I am requesting a full refund for the items which was not provided to me face face at the store. The Manager informed me to contact Primark corporate and receive this way. The service at Primark is not good, l am requesting a full refund in the amount of $15.34Initial Complaint

I purchased a sweatshirt from the store. I lost my receipt all I wanted was an exchange for another size, they told me that I needed a receipt. They told me that it's store policy that if I didn't have a receipt they could not help me!!! All I want is an exchange for another size, I didn't ask for my money back!!!Customer response

On 7/19/23, I went to the business to purchase childrens underwear for my 10 year old son. I entered the young boys section of the store to look at underwear. Initially I was going to purchase a pack of Spider-Man underwear but I decided to purchase a two 3-packs of patterned underwear which were next to them. My son is growing out of his child size medium so I purchased the large. When I took a pair from the package on 7/21/23, I realized they were an adult size large. I took them back to the store but they refused to refund me due to a policy of no returns for underwear. I understand this policy as a whole. However, my complaint, and reason I believe I should receive a refund, is because the adult underwear was in the childrens section of the store next to childs underwear. This is very misleading and deceptive. Unlike other items, such as shirts and pants, it is not visually apparent how large the underwear are when you are purchasing them. I assumed they were a childs size Large due to their placement in the store.Customer response

I purchase a few items that was too small. I lost the receipt. I talk to the store department manager name *****. To exchange. She said no. She was very rude and unprofessional. I told her what do I supposed to do with the clothes if they to small.. she reply sell them.. yall scammer know how to do that right.. I was with my daughter.. I reply how can I scam if we use our debit cards.. look up the transaction there.. I ask to speak to a store manager and I was told. On 2/25 there was a long line in *** primark here in ** and my order was rung up with stuff k didnt get. ****** and i didnt get half my stuff k went back in to the store the next day and nobody knows anythingInitial Complaint

On January 15th I had a problem purchasing from your ******* Store. Your system keeps printing void receipts and refusing to take the transaction but also keeps charging all the different credit cards that I used. At the end the store managers were able to solve the issue. When I asked the store managers to have ALL the voided receipts, they refused and they said those charges are all pending transactions and they will fall off later from all the credit cards that I have used. The truth is those charges didn't fall off and I'm charged. I called my credit cards and they advised me to call the store and solve the issue with them. I keep calling and NO ONE answering the phone. I told my banks about the issue again and they advised me to dispute the charges. The problem again that the store didn't give me any of the voided receipts.Who is responsible for this bad experience NOW ?! I don't live close to that store. I was there for a vacation.Could someone in a very high position give me a call?Customer response
