On March 18th, I paid $1,217 to the store, including several services. That day, I received Mesotherapy without signing any consent or being informed about the procedure beyond its moisturizing effect. Three days later, my face and forehead developed itching and a rash. After reporting this, the merchant gave me a homemade facial mask, which didnt help and raised concerns about its legality. I took allergic pills because of this. They insisted on continuing the treatment despite my reaction and dismissed my concerns unprofessionally. During the Mesotherapy, they used anesthetic on my face without informing me or any allergy test. My friend who did the $158 facial cleaning, including in the payment, also got redness and itchiness after the treatment. Because they used tap water for a distilled water only medical device. And the service was also under time. Before the treatments, we didnt sign any consent forms and we didnt acknowledge the service, product, and machine they would use. Also, no allergic history/medical history was asked. Considering Mesotherapy is an injection treatment, its especially unacceptable. This situation has left me feeling mistreated and apprehensive.

      Business response

Responding:There were 2 people came to do the skincare treatments, and after they finished. They was very happy and praised our aesthetican professional, and paid tips.

1)The customer received a mesotherapy skin care treatment that required a downtime prior . She has just come back from vacation before do the treatment. Her skin is sunburnt and sensitive. Aesthetician clearly told her that her skin is very sensitive and needs more attention to repair. She totally understand. Aesthetician asked her any allergic history, she said no, and signed the consent. (Attached consent document)
      2) The other person received a regular facial, he had never try the facial, so our aesthetician told him, after cleaned his skin may need takes an adjustment period. After a day on March 20th, they came to complain and required facial treatment refund, this persons face has nothing and looks very good. So we rejected and gave some products to them , make sure they feel comfortable.
      3) On March 20th, they came but just complained the Facial treatment, and didnt complain the mesotherapy, said will come back to do other treatments.

      3) The instrument they complained about was just a face steamer, and we had told him that there was nothing wrong with using tap water, and that distilled water just made the instrument last longer.

      4) After almost two weeks, they contacted us again and requested refund other treatments that in the package they didnt receive, we responded, that was their personal reason to request refund and they used credit card . So we need to charge 10% for the handing fee. But they dont agree. There was $500 left, after handing fee, the refundable amount is $450.  Welcome they comeback to get their refund at anytime.
