DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have paid a deposit, no one is getting back to me, it has been 4 months and still nothing. The "customer" service phone number is just an answering service. I have left 5 messages and NOTHING. The last time I heard from them was over a month ago. The rep in my area...not responding. Save your money and DO NOT give them a cent!

I purchased dolor from Monalee in the later part of April 24. It is now 7 Jun and the system is in approved and running. I was kept informed all the way through the process and have had no problem reaching them if I had a question. Questions were usually answered that day or by the next morning. I would recommend if you are planning on solar, to get ahold of the company and compare them to other solar companies in price and customer satisfaction.Review from Kurt G

Pricing and scheduling were transparent and I couldn't ask for a better experience.The pre-install survey and install was very smooth. There was a software configuration issue preventing me connecting to the inverter during the first month. All in all a very good experience.Review from Mike D

Best solar installation experience i've had. We live in a condo and getting the *** and the installers are always a challenge. Originally went with ***** because of their brand reputation, but was immediately rejected because of concerns about installing the wiring outside of the building. ******************* installers came through and developed a solution that did not require external wires--connecting to the subpanel inside. A very clean look and a very nice system. ******************* scheduling process was simple, and the site assessment was partially automated through the use of drones and off-site design. The only bit of feedback I have is that there did appear to be some miscommunication between *************** and the installers (one installer was surprised to learn of the subpanel-install, but that was quickly resolved). I would definitely recommend *************** for future work if needed.Review from Robert G

*************** made the experience of getting Solar Panels bearable. Our city made the process difficult with; far out inspection dates, and a constantly moving goal line to pass. We were lucky to have several representatives at *************** that were fast to respond and take action during every step of the process. Also the price could not be beat, other quotes were at least twice as much for a similar setup and those reps really tried to oversell products and leases.Review from Debra W

From my first phone meeting to discuss getting solar to the survey, installation and getting it approved by electric company was ************ took less than 6 weeks from start to finish. Entire team was very responsive to my questions and respectful of my property. Best price for what i has installed after getting 3 quotes. My system is outperforming my expectations. So glad I went with Monalee.
