      Community Phone is a RIP OFF. i paid for a years service. Never got any service even after a month of trouble calls them blaming my equipment. They finally admitted their supplied card was at fault, I have returned their equipment and asked for a refund as they provided no service. Have yet to receive. Nothing but three months of headache and missed calls. Funny after going to competitor my equipment works fine. I would avoid this company all together.

      A five-star customer service. I called in on June 18, 2024 to discontinue my landline service because nowadays I do not use the line so frequently. The process was complete in less than five minutes. A refund was issued in the same day. It is much better than dealing with ******* where a refund was released at least a month later. Note that if you have service for more than a year, you cannot return the equipments for refund. I would do business with CP again.

      Hesitant but Happy! I noticed a few unhappy folks and was hesitant about Community Phone. But I went for it anyway since there's no contract. From the sign-up process to getting my equipment in the mail, set-up was so easy! I'm an entrepreneur and wanted a separate number for my consulting business in my office, and I also wanted a personal line for my mother (70+). What I'm most looking forward to is their app so i can see missed calls and voicemails when I'm traveling (but haven't gotten around to downloading it yet). When I have had questions about options for additional lines, or how things works, or discount opportunities, it was 1000x easier than dealing with my past provider.

      POOR EXPERIENCE TRYING TO STOP SERVICE. They have poor business practices. Even after numerous requests, they REFUSE to stop this service and continue to charge my credit card. What do you have to do to get these folks to understand English? They obviously do not understand words such as STOP or DISCONTINUE. Or perhaps this is how Community Phone trains their service representatives! AND HAVE CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN!CUSTOMER on JUNE 13th wrote:Please Discontinue this service. Our team was able to speak with your neighbor this morning, and she confirmed she would like to continue service and can take over the invoices. Your credit card information has been removed and will not be charged again. Your neighbor said she would sort past bills with you directly, but please have her reach out if there's anything we can do to help.
