            I applied for an apartment (******* at ********* in *********, **). They got back to me stating that because Rentgrow sent a report stating I had NSF fees I was not able to obtain an apartment. I called my apartment property, the bank I use, and Experian, for them to all tell me that there is no negative report on my payments or credit. I am trying to figure out where RentGrow got their misinformation. Their report prevented me from obtaining an apartment and could block me from others. How is their report not matching with ********************* even though that is supposedly where they get their information? This appears to be that RenGrow is predatory and causing many people to not get apartments

            This is the most inaccurate and incorrect and poorly ran company. Not only have they inaccurately reported numerous information including a credit score of which they pulled from Experian which was documented via a letter they sent, they replied back and said they pulled from 3 credit bureaus and the credit scores are still wrong and they have blatantly lied. They also have numerous incorrect information that isn't even on each of the credit bureaus. I have pulled all 3 FICO credit scores, reviewed each report and RENTGROW is still incorrect. A detailed dispiute form was sent with all verifying information and an attached word document with more proof they are incorrect and I received an email back, stating they cannot help. Trying to get in touch with them is nearly impossible and when you do, they say they cannot help you. Their FCRA Adverse Actionary notices display incorrect information. This is a regulatory issues that I will be reporting.
