On or about June 16th I contracted for services with Awaken180 for their weight loss program. I paid in advance for 15 weeks of product. Immediately upon starting the products I began to have medical issues (primarily a rash) I paused my membership thinking that I would be able to return to the program once I figured out what the issue was. After several months and eliminating many products from my life, it was determined that the Awaken180 products were causing the allergic reaction. Subsequently I reached out to cancel my membership. I was told that the window to cancel had passed. When I inquired where the cancellation policy was listed, I was told it was "in the app". I have reviewed all of the paperwork that I signed at registration - there is no cancellation policy listed. I should not have to search through an app (that I never downloaded or used) to find a cancellation policy. I am simply looking to be refunded for the 12 weeks of product that I DID NOT RECEIVE.Business response

To whom it may concern,
Please see attached for the documentation. This client has asked for a refund beyond our 7 day refund window and we were awaiting a copy back of the signed medical refund request form. We have since followed up with the client directly and bypassed our typical policy and issued a refund for the dollar amount requested without a signed medical request form. This issue has been resolved.
