      I have bought from this company for years and have given many of his goods to friends and family as gifts. Until this last purchase I had no problems. This last purchase I bought a special edition tie-dye shell cordovan wallet from Corter Leather for 165$. My package was shipped to my address but for some reason it was marked as un able to be delivered and was sent back to sender. I was informed if this by *** and then immediately sent an email to Corter Leather and received not response. I was not sure if it was sent back to the maker or to wherever the drop shipping service was located. I went on email Corter Leather 4+ times and never got any form of acknowledgment.Most likely the wallet went back to the maker and it could have been easily re-shipped to me and I would have been more than willing to pay the extra shipping cost, but since I was completely ignored by the owner I am out almost 200$ for a wallet I never got. I wish I had checked the BBB before ordering because it seems like many others have been burned by this company.

      Wife ordered a Classic Billfold, Saddle Tan for me for a Christmas gift.What we got was a poorly-made (threads pulling out) wallet that was school-bus/baby-vomit yellow billfold. The pockets are so tight that I can't even get a business card or most credit cards into the spots without damaging the stitching.While the website says slight variations of color are unavoidable, this product looks like it missed an entire step in dying/curing. It's not tan. It's vomit yellow. It's hideous and not something that I'd carry around. While the website says that the pockets are tight but even attempting to put in a credit card has pulled the stitching from the pockets. My wife emailed and wanted an exchange or refund given the poor quality. She was not even given the courtesy of a response. I would have taken an exchange to a well-made product but at this point a refund is warranted given their poor product combined with their lack of any response.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. No emails, texts or calls regarding their damaged and sub-par wallet.

      I bought a product with a lifetime warranty. A bottlehook. My emails and instagram comments have been ignored. I would like the warranty fulfilled. It is still displayed on the website.

      On 29 May 2022, I placed an order for a bottlehook from Corter Leather; that same evening my credit card was charged and I received an email confirming my order. That is the last communication from them I have had. It is now 22 March 2023, ten months later, and I have not received my order, I have received no further updates on my order status, nor have I received any answer to the numerous requests for information I have submitted to them through their website contact form.

      Date of transaction **********************: $108.99 USD Order number: #***** I ordered a wallet and was charged for shipping and a wallet. It's been almost 3 months and I didn't receive anything. I contacted corter on instagram multiple times and he said I will receive a refund and I never got it back, nor I received the wallet. He is not responding anymore at all and customer support never responded to my emails either.

      I have made a purchase of Stainless Steel Bottlehook on Corter *********************************************** website on 1st of August 2022. I have received confirmation email with information that I will receive another one when the order ships. I have never received that second email. I have made multiple attempts to contact the store via email and contact form provided on the website but never received any reply.My biggest problem is complete lack of communication. I am fine with taking similar product made from different material if this was some website issue that stainless one was shown as in stock (it's out of stock now). Refund is also an option but I would rather have the product.

      I have received confirmation from the store that my order was sent and received a tracking number as well and this satisfies my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

      As a closing ****** for Corter Leather & Cloth I would like to highlight that neither sending emails to *************************************** (email provided in store communication) nor using contact form on your website didn't get me any reply over the course of months. I think this should be improved to provide at least minimal level of customer support.

      I purchased a leather wallet on July 5th. The day the purchase was complete, money was taken and a confirmation was sent to me via email with my purchase number #***** with instructions that the shipping email would arrive 5-7 days later in my inbox. I have received zero communication. I have attempted contact via email, website contact portal, Instagram and a telephone number I ****** searched. Many of these with multiple attempts each. This was a birthday present, which is well past, but Im also out $98.99 for a wallet that I have never received and $10 additional for shipping of an item that has never shipped. Very frustrating. With one timely response back this could all have been taken care of or refunded.

      I ordered a bottle hook on 11/24/2021 I was my account was charged and I revived and email stating my tracking details would arive in the next few days, they never did. I attempted to contact via website but no response. My order number is 44101
