    I reached out to the company via their website sometime around april 24th because I was in need of a new irrigation company. They emailed me back and said would come out. The day he was supposed to come out they coudnt make it so we rescheduled. When he came out to give me a price on opening the system he said 125. I also asked him for a price on removing a tree ***** and trimming trees. He said he would send me an estimate. He left and we made an appointment for may 17 to turn on sprinklers. When he came the 17th I asked where the estimate was. He asked if I received it and I said no. I said I checked spam. He said he will resend it that night. He adjusted the sprinkler head and turned on the sprinklers to make sure it was working. He said we needed new sprinkler heads but had to see if he had any or would need to order. As he left I also asked him a price for landscaping. He left. A week later I texted his business phone number which we have texted through this whole time. I asked when can I expect anything from him. No answer. On the 25th I sent another text mentioning that my grass is being damaging due to drought according to a report from the lawn company I paid **** to seed my property so I told ***** when can I get my water on. no answer. Finally on May 27 I said if I dont hear back by the 31st Ill have to find someone else. Thats two weeks and no response so I got someone else. I wrote a review online this past week and I get an email from them and then about two days later I get billed. Only after I wrote a review I get billed on june 26 from a service from may 17 that they never finished nor got back to me about. They said I slandered them and cant take ownership of what they did. I will remove the review for a **** that is half. Ill pay for adjusting the heads but we had no water and I had to hire someone else because of lack of communication. very upsetting and they dont care. and instead say I slandered them online. I have a right to write a review.
