On 6/17/24 I ordered flower for my brother in laws funeral. I ordered this arrangement over the phone. As I was ordering the women said the picture on the web site was the deluxe arrangement and did I want to upgrade to that. Which i did. The flowers were delivered on 6/19/24. When I got to the funeral home the flowers that were delivered were nothing like I ordered. According the the description and picture I choose this arrangement from was nothing like I got. There was no blue vase, no blue hydrangea (2) one white hydrangea in its place ,1 blue delphinium , no seafoam statice. In the picture it shows 50/50 blue/white color which I only got 1 blue flowers the rest are white. The flowers use were inexpensive compared to what was advertised. I tried to call the floral shop right when I saw them. I was told the manger would call me back. I never hear from him. I tried the next day and the day after that with them either picking up the phone and hanging it up or transferred to another floral shop they may own. I finally got another phone number and tried that at which point I did speak at someone. I told her what I have said above. She told me they have no blue vases nor do they have any blue hydrangeas. I said I should have been notified when I places the order there were none and I would have ordered something else if I was told. Which I got no call to tell me. She said she made the arrangement herself and it was beautiful and nothing wrong with it but she never called to say they didnt have what I wanted. We went back and fourth until she said she can credit me 50 dollars. I felt that was not acceptable and ask if she would consider at least $75 she said no and hung up. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
