I got an eyelash extension on December 9, 2021 for a family members destination wedding. I paid $200 for this service plus tip. I noticed that the eyelash extensions were falling off much faster than previous times that I had gotten them done. I waited until I got back home to call and explain my situation. I was told on the phone that on the week I got my eyelashes done they actually had a bad batch of glue, normally clients need to call within 72 hours for any issues but since I was out of the country that was completely understandable and they would talk to the manager and get back to me. 27 hours later I had not received a call back, so I called them myself. I was told that I could receive a full set for the price of a 4 week fill which was a $50 difference. I did not think that this was fair because I was not looking to get my eyelashes done again (I only got them done for the occasion). Also, I was left with no eyelashes by the second week and it was due to their glue. I explained to the receptionist that I was not happy with this and she told me she will talk to the manager and call me back. Another 24 hours later I still had not heard back. I asked if I could speak to the manager myself and was told she would call me back, when she finally did she tried to blame me for my eyelashes falling off and I had to tell her that I was already informed about their bad batch of glue. She offered me no other compensation. Since I was being offered a service for $50 cheaper, I asked if I could just get the $50 refunded back since I did not want the service. I was told no. I left the company a review on google, to which they publicly responded to saying they offered me 50% off which was completely untrue. I then found that the comment was deleted. The way they dealt with my problem was completely rude and unprofessional.
