              I hired this company whose price includes amending tax returns. I notified the agency in writing that I needed my 2020 returns amended. After numerous emails/phone calls/and texts within their tax application, I finally got a hold of someone. They informed me that the amendments would have to wait until after 1 Oct as they were too busy with this year's returns. Again, the agency is not answering or calling me back after multiple methods of communication.

              I used Dukhon for the first time for my 2021 taxes. Each person assigned to my taxes left the company. In the end, they filed an extension because they could not get my taxes done. I have never missed the April file date. In November, I received a IRS notice of penalties and interest owed. I tried to contact Dukhon to understand what was happening and they vanished. Be careful!
