On Sunday, Oct 9th, 2021, a deposit was made to Naisha *****, owner of Braids by Naisha, of $50 via cashapp for a hair braiding service to be received on Monday, October 10th, 2021. On Monday, I added an additional appt onto her schedule, for my husband, and cashapped an addt'l $50, as a deposit for his service. My appointment was scheduled for 10a. After completing my hair service, I cashapped $135 to complete the balance for my service, paid for my husband's hair (for his 2pm appt) and a tip for my hair service. I then placed an addt'l $15 tip for my husbands service, so he would not have to pay for a tip. This totalled out to $250 ( $158 for my hair, $65 for husbands hair, and $27 towards tip) between the two services and tip. On this same Monday, at 512pm, Naisha texts me, " I think you cashapped my old cash app? I saw the email but when I checked the app there's nothing so I think you sent it to the old one can you cancel them? The last night and today?" At this time, I immediately pull over from driving and click on the cancel/refund requested. And explained to her I put a request to pull it back and sent $248 to the cashapp she provided a screen shot for. Cashapp advised Naisha has to fix the cashapp with them to return my over paid funds back to me. I've contacted my bank to stop payment and they stated has to be resolved with cashapp. Spoke to cash app three times via phone and emails and they refuse to help. They state Naisha *****, owner of Braids by Naisha, needs to resolve with them getting into her cashapp and can be reached via email and a telephone number. I have informed her of this and she still has yet to resolve this consumer complaint. I owe her $0 and she owes me $250 for her advising me to cancel the payments to the other acct and to use the new info provided for payment. I would like my $250 given back.
