    Wanted to lease a car back in august from ocean Honda In Brockton *************, I told them I was a Lyft driver my car broke down I live in *******, they decided the best option was to ******** a car with ****** warranty, my payment is ridiculously high, Im paying ****** more for the car than its worth, the people at the Honda dealership is Brockton also told me I had to go all the way to ************* for any of my questions to be answered, this is causing me unnecessary stress and they lied thru the whole process and now Im screwed, my car is hesitanting to start its brand new and should have nothing wrong with it I got it at the end of august last year, ******************* and ********************* are who I leased me the car knowing I wanted to finance it , **** the general manager isnt any help either they know they screwed me and have no problems my credit was 700 something before getting the Honda from Brockton and Im still paying 700 a month for the car thats worth only ****** and Im paying ******

    Ocean Honda of Brockton offered a terrible experience that destroyed my trust in their dealership and will prevent me from recommending anyone to their service center. To begin, I called the service center to set up an appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation, on Monday. The worker said 9:30am on Saturday is open. Fast forward to Saturday I called 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm my appointment as I never received an email or text confirmation. The worker on the phone said to come in and he saw my appointment. After 90 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I went to use the restroom and noticed my vehicle had not moved. 30 minutes later I went to check if the car had moved, and it had not. When the service worker saw my frustration that the car had not been moved for 2 hours he said, few more minutes. An hour later we were told the car was ready. This experience took over 3 hours. It was 12:30pm when we left the dealership. Once I returned home, I quickly noticed the tires were not rotated. Only one of my tires on my vehicle has scratch marks on the rim. This makes the tire and rim very identifiable. This tire did not move. Then I checked to make sure the oil was changed. It was clear the oil was changed based on the dipstick and the spilled oil all over my engine that I had to clean. Lastly, are completing a mini survey explaining the situation, I received a call from a service worker. She listened to my experience and said it should not have happened. The worker offered me a tire rotation service which I politely declined due to lack of trust. Then the worker asked that I do not complete the Honda survey because I could not give all 5 stars. I paused to realize that she only called to silence my poor experience and I said no I will complete the survey. The survey is meant to be honest and help the dealership get better at what they do. The worker then rudely said, Fine. Whatever. Have a good day. Please be careful about Ocean Honda of Brockton.
