On May 18 th I placed an online order. When I received the confirmation I immediately noticed the incorrect address. I called to have the order fixed. I was told it has to be cancelled and I would need to reorder. I did that. BUT they cancelled the order with the correct info and mailed the order with the wrong address. They just removed the correct order from the system because I was still charged for it. I've paid twice, never received any refund and they won't refund the order they sent to the wrong address by their own mistake. I'm due two full refunds. I don't want anything from this company but my money back and my time. This company culture is horrible just like their customer service!I WANT MY MONEY!*********************** These are the order numbersCustomer response

I noticed last month that I had a PayPal charge of $16.95 to Catherines, a clothing retailer. I did not recall having a balance with the company but assumed I did and this was a payment. This month, I saw the same $16.95 charge and checked my balance which was $0. I was confused as to why I was being charged with no balance to be paid. I contacted Catherines and was told that in 2022, I became a "member" and that this $16.95 charge was a membership fee. I am not sure what kind of membership this is as I only occasionally buy from this company and certainly would not wish to spend over $300 since 2022 for a worthless to me membership. The company responded that I should contact a different company to cancel said membership. I never under any circumstances wished to maintain this membership. I expect Catherines to cancel this membership as that is who I have ordered from. I feel that this is a fraud aimed at elderly persons like myself who are not as sophisticated in dealing with online retailers.
