      We were in the market for a Mazda3, and found a 2015 S Grand Touring through Autotrader at Millennium Motors. ******** was a bit out of the way for us, but it was worth the trip. ******* and *** were fantastic to deal with - honest, transparent, kind, and no pressure at all. If we are in the market for another vehicle (hopefully not anytime soon), we would return to Millennium without hesitation. Highly recommended!

      worst customer ********************** ever over price me because i was women very rude. Got my car toll to the shop because i had flat tire ask them for used tire but they said only had new one when i went to get my car saw the its still saying my tire presure is low and notice it was a used tire thats was writtren on they charged ****** to change a flat tire and they took off my senor on my tire and told me i have to pay for a senor that they took out taking advantage of the situation and up pricing me was very rude ask *** to put back on the falt and ill get it tolled to a diff shop he said it will cost me $100 to that and if i have a problem call the call the police worst customer ********************** ever gave me a used tire and said i have no warranty on the tire and they kept my car for whole day just for flat *** and ******* worst people ever very rude bad service and will take advantage of you

      ******************,Allow me to reply to your review using the facts of what really happened.On 08/02/2022, you called Millennium Motors asking us if we can change a damaged tire. I asked you about the size of the tire to have it ready for when you bring your car in. When you were not sure of the size, I asked you to take a picture of the nameplate which it's located on the driver's door jamb and send it to me. Then I ordered a new tire and had it ready for your car. Two hours later you called and told me that you can not mount the spare tire and you need to tow the car to the shop. I said we'll take care of your car once it gets to the shop. On 08/04/22, you called and told me that three people tried to remove the damaged tire but they were not able to because something is broken, I asked you what was broken, but you did not know. Then you called again and told me that the stud is stripped and if we can replace it. I said yes we can. You asked me about the cost, I reply back with the following: $150 for the tire, no charge to mount and balance the tire. $9.95 for the stud, $50 for labor to remove the broken stud and install the new one, your total will be $219.95 including $10.00 in tax. You called back and asked if we can install a used tire, I reply back saying that we don't use used tires because of safety and liability. Then you called back and told me that ********* is willing to do the job for $180 and if I can match the price, I told please take it to ********* and get it repaired over there. Then you called again telling me that the car's being towed to our shop. When your car arrived at the shop, the service manager took pictures of the damaged tire and the rest of the car, remove the broken stud, installed a new one, and replaced the damaged tire with a brand new one (Milestar ****** R 17 MS932) and prepared your invoice with this message: found the vehicle had no TPMS and broken stud. When you came to pick up your car, I went over the invoice with you and explained everything on it, you signed and paid the invoice and took your keys. Then you came back to the shop screaming and yelling in a very unprofessional way, accusing us of taking your sensor. You were very unprofessional in front of the customers and the technicians. We asked you several times in a very polite way to leave. We're not in business to take your sensor and we don't have time for your show.******************, we did not even charge you for labor to remove your old tire and to mount and balnce the new tire. Please submit any proof to support your false accusations.Thank you,***********************

      Thats a complete lie, I never send you a pic I show you a picture at the shop of my old tire to show you that was newer that the one you gave me you gave me a used dirty tire and removed my sensor and refuse to put it back to n because you think I dont know what I had I would have never passed for a sticker with sensor light on you need to acknowledge how you took advantage of this for a flat and and used tire what labor it was a flat and then you refuse to put on he flat you was very unprofessional asking what do I know about cars everything you said was a lie the car dealerships called and let you know I had a sensor and I have to replace the tire because it keeps loosing air

      And please address that it wasnt a new tire and thats not the price you quoted you said 165 then you said 200 then 219 when I got it was used tire with dirt on it writing and on it like it just came from junk yard then you said it was illegal to sell used tire which I false statement and you dont offer no warranty very unprofessional and you did give my invoice till I was out the door right before I saw the car you stated there was no lock on the tire
