    I was excited to see if XRHealth could help me, but I've been frustrated by their deceptive business practices around subscriptions.When you sign up there is a general an intake call. About 10 days later I received the equipment in the mail and three days after that I had a Zoom call to get the program started. I come to find out the subscription starts at the intake call and not when the program starts. I ended up paying for almost half a month of not getting any treatment. Their website says each week I would get progress updates and biofeedback, not sure how I could get that without having the equipment. I paid for a month and only got about 17 days of treatment.It would be like signing up for cable/internet and starting the subscription on that day rather than the day you get the equipment and actually start using the service.When I tried to get an explanation, their support became very unresponsive. If they are going to have such an outlier policy, they should be clear upfront

    I was a patient of XR Health. They assured me on multiple occasions prior to receiving services that their services would be completely covered by my insurance, it was not. They told me that their physical therapist had experience with one of my conditions, she did not and gave me an exercise that literally was the first result that one would find on ****** for an exercise for that condition. Because of my negative experiences, I left a 1-star review on ******.In response, several of the top-level executives at XR Health left fraudulent/conflict of interest reviews in an attempt to bury my 1-star review. And they did so in such an inept manner as to be laughable.Of the 10 reviews currently on ******* 3 are from people with no history of making reviews, and six are obviously from XR Health staff. We strive to deliver the most clinically- appropriate, data-driven, effective therapeutic services in innovative and patient-centered modalities. As you can see our patients are very satisfied with the treatment and the services.For your specific complaints, just as any other medical service, reimbursed by insurance, patients still have what is called "patient responsibility" to cover, such as co-pay and/or deductible, billed once the treatment was performed, according to their insurance plan.We've successfully treated over **** patients this year alone, in 3 different countries and our NPS scores are extremely high, comparing to the average NPS score in the healthcare market.We are very sorry to hear that you had a less than optimal experience, as we strive to provide the best services, with the highest transparency - with all our patients.Please let us know if you have any additional questions and we'll be happy to answer.All the best,The XRHealth Team
