*********************** came and expertly assessed our house HVAC requirements because our system was failing. Although Atlantic was more expensive than another bid, I went with his expertise. Our installers were ********************* and ************************************. They were professional, meticulous and just the kind of people one would welcome in ones home.

We have been clients of Atlantic Heating for 32 years. They have performed superb, regular service on our ******* gas boiler and Lennox air handler, both of which were installed by this firm in ****, a few years before we bought our home. Three weeks ago, our regular, dependable and knowledgable service technician, *****, found our gas boiler was emitting elevated carbon monoxide levels that could not be addressed by routine service, and indicating a probable heat exchanger issue. *****, head of the service department advised me to replace this unit, indicating that repair of a heat exchanger on such an old unit was not worth the expense and whose successful outcome was dubious. Within a few days, ***************************, the company installation director surveyed out home and came up with a very cost-effective solution to replace both the boiler and our ten year old gas water heater. His associate, ***************************, assisted us in obtaining financing of the project. Their approach was financially sensible, as other firms we had sought for competitive bidding had recommend buying far more costly, slightly higher efficiency furnaces with integrated hot water tanks. ****** informed me that the cost savings over our limited lifetime (we are elderly) would not recoup the extra expense, and more importantly, these types of high-technology furnaces are more complex, raising the likely scenario of more frequent operational issues. Knowing that colder temperatures were on the way, I received unbelievably expedited service by two wonderful technicians, *****, the firms lead plumber, and his apprentice, ****. They installed both units in only two days. Their work was meticulous and the basement job site, as well as our entire home, was handled with total concern for order and cleanliness. The start up of the equipment was perfect. We are now looking forward to a winter with less concern for heating issues, now that Atlantic has done such a fantastic job.

**** did a outstanding job leading the site organization team for our furnace replacement. His communication skills were superb and he educated me about furnaces and air conditioning. We are grateful for his outstanding work.

Atlantic Heating & A/C installed five ********** mini-splits, covering my first and second floors. They worked closely with me on the positioning, sizing (BTUs), and layout, were very informative, and good to work with. The white outdoor piping is encased in LineHide in a ***** that closely matches my existing exterior. Both inside and out look very good. The units have been used for both heating and cooling and work very well. It's all a great improvement on window air conditioners, and allows me to keep both floors open. No closed doors to keep the heat in a room; no seasonal A/C installation and removal; quiet operation and energy-efficient.

**** did a tremendous job today installing a replacement boiler for our home.Very professional, careful, conscientious work.He was patient answering my questions, and left me with good sense of what to keep my eyes out for and how to reach him quickly if there were any issues.
