I bought yet another coffee maker from Keurig. It was delivered on May 29th. In just over a month we can't get a cup of coffee. There's no pressure, the coffee does not stream, it drips and it goes around the pod (ordered also from Keurig) and makes a mess.Keurig is no help at all.Review from Kristen T

They only get a 1 because you cannot give zero stars. I bought my tenth Keurig in 25 years, 7 months ago. After cleaning and descaling, the machine stopped working. I contacted Keurig and was advised that they cannot help because I did not save my receipt. After some research, this is a known problem for these machines. We bought this device April 20th. It worked fine. Fast forward about a month, we replaced our router and suddenly, the device stops working. I do factory resets, all that stuff. Finally, I call customer service because the app for the device keeps saying that we have the wrong wifi password, which we categorically do not. Keurig customer service proves less than useless. They insist that it's an issue with our internet provider and fob everything off as if these devices with connectivity aren't new and if that couldn't possibly mean that they have some potential to be faulty. Finally, I have reached out to Amazon for a return because I am DONE with Keurig. Their customer service agents insisted on speaking to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, repeating the same information over and over again, and insisting that they would escalate and call back (over and over again, with no result).Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. The Keurig K Supreme is so poorly designed that selling it as a coffee machine is fraud. I had two break within a week, each only managing to make a few cups of coffee. Keurig just offers you a 20% discount on a new machine. Luckily, I bought from Target and was able to get a refund. If you know your machines will break in a few days why don't you stop selling them?Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Response

I am highly disappointed in Keurig.. I am a huge fan of Keurig. I always buy their cups, new machines etc but this time I received a gift for my marriage and it was a Keurig machine. It doesn't work etc and I called and they said they needed a reciepet but I recieved it as a wedding gift.. They then proceeded to give a discount because they couldn't replace it and okay cool but they are trying to charge me full price when on their page it's half off and they wouldn't offer it with the coupon. I don't know what is happening with keurig or why they are acting this way but it's so unfortunate. A wedding gift turned into a sad thing because I can't even have my coffee or machine working and they can't do nothing. Super upset !Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Response

We got a machine on subscription last year thinking that this will help us make ok coffee and tea. The machine keeps breaking down. We called to get parts before. It didnt help. The **** cups dont hold up, they literally melt in the machine, collapse and overflow with water and substance. We tried everyday by cleaning it and washing and drying. But it still doesnt work. Keurig sells machines and cups designed to breakdown easily so you keep buying new ones. Their subscription system is a rip off. Everything breaks. They dont refund k cups even though their machine does not work. They are ****** priced and tastes disgusting. They want the customer to pay for their mistakes and cover shipping fees for returns.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Response

Buyer beware. I purchased a Keurig Duo 18 months ago at $189 plus taxes. I registered it accordingly, saving the receipt and all manufacturer ************* Keurig is now leaking from the bottom of the machine and damaged my wood kitchen countertop. This machine has gotten light use as I'm the only person using it with the expedition of one guest 4 times a year. I was told by Keurig this was a machine issue; however, it was no longer under warranty so they offered me only a 20% discount to buy from them again. The website was already offering a 20% discount so there was nothing special about what they offered me to replace my machine. I've had coffee makers that have lasted 7 years under high use. This is a ridiculous price to pay for a machine that only lasts 18 months. Keurig does NOT stand behind their products.Review from Manuel M

K-Duo Life expectancy 2 Years.I have bought this product twice, once in 2020 and then in 2022. We followed all the maintenance instructions on it. Both of them stop working all the sudden after two years. Just do not power on at all (connected all the time to a surge protector), tested on different outlets.Used once a day, in the mornings, with the carafe.Stay away from this product unless you are planning to replace in two years.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. I am trying to get Keurig to replace my 5-hole punch maker with one that has a single punch. The 5 hole clogs easily and leaves grounds. The Select has only one hole like the original Keurigs have. I have emailed three messages and talked with ********** at least four times. They are hard to understand and while pretending to help me, they end up with the following: "You need to clean the punches with a paper clip" if you can imagine. I feel this is not good for a new machine. **** ***** where I bought it has only a 3-mo. guarantee, and since my maker is 7 mos. old, I am out of luck there.
