Overall I have had a really good experience with YSM. At first I didn't know how the whole online lead process worked, and now I feel like I get it. From the start my goal was to close more business, but I also started building a list which I'm able to contact over an over again. From the leads we closed 2 deals in the first 90 days and since then we were able to work the list to get 3 more warm listings that came to us first. Good communication with the team too.

This company is the absolute worst. They make you sign an agreement that says in fine print that the initial $3,000 is non refundable. And that there 'cannot be a chargeback'. No company who is confident about their service does things this way.I first approached them to market a real estate commission rebate model I was offering. After making me sign their NO refund, NO chargeback contract (written in fine print, and promising the moon!), they made me spend 3+ hrs with their team members to understand my business model, and asked me to write Q and A of what my campaign is about, and what value it brings etc.They then started my 1st FB Ad with a Mortgage ad instead of **. Seriously?!After they wasted $300 of my finds for ad spend on Mortgage ads, they very obligingly switched to the most dated and unattractive ads found in the ** field, including images that are NOT representative of my area, and price points so low they dont exist in the market I serve. I would probably have to drive 100 miles out to find these low priced properties. They just treat it like it was an OOPS, I'm sorry but we can change that for you.This company is a total scam, unprofessional, and a joke!Later when I asked for a refund for lack of promised services they simply told me to go read the contract, OR to run more ads ie. to throw more good money after bad money for ugly ads they probably copied from a ** marketer 2 decades ago. I later requested just a partial refund so they seemingly decided to treat me like I dont exist and stopped responding to me.They are rude, defensive, and they probably hire some cheap VA's overseas that dont know c*** about ** in the **, about areas and prices, the look of homes representative of the area etc.As of now I will be hiring an attorney to handle this matter as companies like this need to be banned from doing business, and disallowed from dictating No CHARGEBACKS, as defense and reason to keep our hard earned monies to fund their lifestyle..

Joining *** was the best decision I've made in my career this year. My leads doubled in a matter of a month, and the network of people, it created looks promising. Not every single one may not always be fortunate, the quality of the leads generated were so far worth my time and money. I'm skeptical too and I'm glad for the outcome.

Our experience with YSM Media has been quite a positive one. While, not every lead has been a home run, the consistent flow of high-quality leads has been impressive. In our first 4 months, weve successfully closed 5 deals. Considering the current market situation, this level of success speaks volumes about the effectiveness of YSM Medias lead generation system.

From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. I had already referred *** to all of my colleagues.
