We call appointment for a water heater repair on July 13. The staff arrived at my address around 11 o'clock. After I communicated with him briefly, he started to check the problem. After 10 minutes, he told me he need to go back and get a machine to check. The pressure of the gas, told me that I can leave first, and he will call my wife when he is done,After a few days, we did not receive a call from him,and we called back to ask them. They said it was repaired. I asked them how much cost,they said they would give us. Send the bill to the emailand we received the bill on July 18. The price is a ridiculous,! They charged us $898.04! We called their company to ask why there is such a high price! They said they worked 8 hours and it was $99 an hour! But my water heater is brand new, there is only some inspection work, how can work 8 hours? Also, On that day 2 electricians guys and the landlords manager working in the store that day, so I called them to confirm the time. The landlords manager confirmed that the from elge plumbing was not there at around 2 oclock. Electrician guys finished it at 3 oclock. Their job lock the door! Before I leave and then there make sure nobody in the store. Question, ?How did this plumbing guy manage to repair it in my shop for 8 hours? I try to contacting them many times with no reply! They said to ask their manager to call us, and now 10 days have passed and we have not received any reply!Business response

Just wanted to let you that we accept the payment of $591.75 on invoice 375631.
We have contacted the credit card company and let them know we accepted the disputed amount.
This matter is now closed and customer id happy.Business response
