Issue: Aspen received the item, August 23, but has not credited my credit card account.Requesting Prompt refund!This was my first purchase with Aspen publishing and I'm disappointed with the way Aspen publishing has handled my order (#*****). When I placed my order, there was no message or notification at the time of purchase that packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. , I would have provided a physical or alternate address. In addition, Instead of contacting me to give me the option of updating the address to prevent the item being returned, ASPEN NOTIFIED *** TO RETURN PACKAGE I attempted to intercept the pkg to prevent item being returned, called *** was told that Aspen requested the package be returned...After calling Aspen's customer *********, no one seems to be able to assist me--The customer service needs... JD-Next program opened a simulation for a certain time period during a week when a federal holiday was in play. Juneteenth was a day of celebrations, and contacting Aspen Publishing prior to resulted in a discriminatory NO, we will not extend the simulation testing period. There is no consideration for students of color, I suppose for me as a woman of color either. For a program intended to give me a path forward, they have shut me out without explanation. I demand a full refund or they can reopen the simulation so that I can take the next JD-Next exam.Customer response

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I received an email offering me a date to take the exam simulation. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
