I had purchased a ticket to attend the 2020 **** care conference in ******* with full intentions of attending. Due to Covid it was postponed. All the tickets were transferred to the 2021 ******* show. Refunds were not a option at the time the show was postponed to 2021. With Covid cases rising in my area, I decided not to attend this year. On July 28th, 2021 I had reached out with an email notifying them I was not going to attend this year. According to *****, since I had contacted them more then 30 days prior to the show date, I was told that I would receive a refund of my purchased ticket for all but 25$ from the company hosting the conference on Sept. 10th 2021. ***** who I was communicating with had said to give it 2 weeks with the mail before I would see my refund. I gave her 3 weeks and now it is almost Dec. and I am still waiting to see my refund. I have reached out to her multiple times, almost weekly. I have not received a response to my email. I have tried calling the number on her emails and web site and it gets redirected to a dead end line. All of our communication was through email due to limited staffing for the conference.
