They charged me twice for the same parts Did work I did not ask for Left loose bolts missing bolts and broken bolts on my engine wire harness not attached to the engine Charge more than the estimate Found wrench on car frame Did not return used parts after I asked them too Don't believe they did all the repairs they said they did Car was fixed wrong at another repair shop with out my knowledge They claim they did all this work to my engine but could not show me The Timing chain 3 chain tensioners 3 chain guide 4 two sprockets All I received was 8 solenoidInitial Complaint

First review I've ever written. The shop has EXTREMELY unsafe practices. Three lug nuts fell off my wheel within the first 100 miles of service. The owner was non-apologetic, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and made clear that he doesn't care about safety when I told them what happened. "It's only a car"... let's see if they say that when someone crashes at 65mph due to their negligence.

The shop will not refund the customer any money for any of the work performed. The customer paid for a brake service and there isn't anything wrong with the brake service. Customer encountered a non related problem that cost $15 and the service was done at another shop. **** the owner of broadway gas paid ***** for what the other shop did. So i dont understand whats the issue. Customer got what he requested.
