            I was called at home by a representative of Foundation One. My doctor had told me about them so I wasnt surprised to hear from them. I was lied to, I was told by this representative that if my insurance did not cover the test I would only have an out of pocket responsibility at the most of four hundred dollars. Had she told me my responsibility would be thirty five hundred dollars I would not have agreed to let them test. I have held up my side of the agreement and paid four hundred dollars. When you agree to something verbally on the phone and later you come to realize you have been scammed by a company who is taking advantage of people who are fighting for their lives, it just makes me want to throw up. Its wrong on so many levels. I belong to a cancer website and others are dealing with their insurance (same as mine) not covering the testing from foundation one. Which tells me they knew in advance my insurance wasnt going to cover it.

            I'd give this facility zero stars If I could.My surgical oncologist sent my pathology slides to your facility but never bothered to verify if you were an in network provider or not.Since you are NOT in fact a "network provider" although when I spoke with ******* a few weeks ago, she assured me that they WERE a network provider.Today it's "Ooopsies!! I made a mistake giggle giggle" like she was funny.She wasn't funny, She was an idiot.NOW *I* get to pay these people $2800.They're so helpful and kind though... they let me set up a payment plan!!I'll probably be dead from my cancer before they get all of their $2800.I hope they choke on it and rot in h***
