  April 2022 i Hire this general contractor By the name of ******** ****** Business name an Abundance LLC.. In the 1st week I hired him I noticed that he was inexperienced Incompetent Unreliable and this honest **************** And his crew would show up whenever they felt like it and when they showed up there was no progress There was subcontractors that would come around An argue about money that **************** owe them and they would not return I have had Conversations with the subcontractors - plumber - electrician that have come back around to pick up their tools and i have Spoke to them briefly And they were telling me he don't like to pay What was promise and that it wasn't anything personal against me I understood I spoke to **************** Telling him I did not need that drama around my Helse and that he need to get it together through text But **************** continue to hold out paying people there money holding up progress **************** accept the job February 2022 but did not pull a permit until April 2022 he try to use people that wasn't licensed Cooperators in fact he was using people that wasn't licensed cooperators They would come in Under the influence of some type of narcotics.. Not testing them but I work for the city as a emergency responder and we will do emergency runs to overdose victims.. Patience acting erratical so I know the signs I also Caught One of his workers and girlfriend in the house under the influence I Brought it to *************** attention and told him I did not want this person working at my house again.. by the name of ******.. but he brushed it off like it wasn't nothing and he kept sending him to my house He is not a plumber he is not a Cooperator he is not a electrician.. But he would have this guy trying to do everything As he was paying him cheap labor because all he wanted to do was get high Me only knowing him by his 1st name ****** I told *************** I do not want him working in my house Prior to me telling **************** I do not want ****** or Q at my house which was his Uncle.. Because they were constantly making mistakes they Drilled holes in the ceiling of my 1st floor unit Ceiling ( the tenant ) notice that they were making drill holes and her bathroom her daughter's room and her room She called the cops But they left before the cops got there and the cops notice the drill holes.. A police report was generated as I have a copy of it I brought it to **************** attention on 6/24/22 he said it was a mistake and that they would dress it... 4 months later 11 /09 / 22 before firing *************** / an Abundance LLC I would send him text to address my 1st for a unit.. He would either ignore or he will say hes going to take care of it but he never did.. on 11 / 07 / 2022 I hired a contractor by the name of FCA home improvement to repair the unit and Submitted the bill to the address that is listed as his business which is his home address *************************************************************** ( Certify mail ) He Ignored It and it was sent back however I still dropped a copy one and his mailbox personally as I mentioned before firing ***************/ an Abundance.. I felt it was in my best interest to terminate the contract because they was not unreliable and Definitely not professionals It was definitely a ***** **** set up I pulled him off the Internet The page looked professional but I tried to recommend but those were blocked you were unable to make a comment or make comments But anyways things were be Stolen out the house.. material was being taken out the house.. And when I will mention that things are being taking out the house he would say I will look into it but never anything come out of it I never get the things back These were supposed to be contractors or subcontractors that have their own tools they were using my tools and I would mention it to him and he would deny people are stealing out the house when I caught ****** one of his workers with my tools in his bag So again it was in my best interest to fire him when I fired him he He refused to repair my 1st flew a unit he refused to bring the floors that I purchase That he purchased with the check of $***** I gave him for material and plumbing and electrical work He kept texting me that he was not going to give me the floors until I give him $4800 Half the price for the floors He told me he paid ****** For the floors but then send me a receipt of **** Everything he sent me as I asked him for the receipts he would contradict Himself From what he texts from the receipts and I told him that I text him Regardless of what you think I owe you how do I owe you money for floors when you purchase the floors with my money I'm not going to pay you for the floors My understanding from the plumber her name is shy she sent me a text that they were selling your floors and the reason why they had the floors is because there was no room at my house and they wanted to keep the floors dry so they kept it in a shed /storage unit **************** / an Abundance owe me **** for repairing my 1st floor unit And according to the receipt of the purchase floors he owe me **** Total of ***** I am contacting the BBB for your assistance in hopefully gethen the total of **** If not half Any information you need I will provide text messages In a cashier's check A ***** that I provided to **************** For the sole purpose of Buying materials / remodeling my 2nd floor unit P.S. I am typing this on my phone whatever documents you request or need when I'm at home I will be gladly submit whatever To help me resolve this matter thank you

  In response to these LIES And VICIOUS RUMORS , Ive have no choice to respond to what actually is the case. First and foremost the actual contract is was for ****** I only received ***** I also have text messages and receipts proven that I purchased material before even getting paid from him. I also have contracts with all subcontracts who I can show contracts and checks paid out for all material and labor with electrician, plumber, *********(s) and demo crew. All of which been paid also recipients showing *** spent over 50k which include ****** of my own money. I also passed ALL inspections which I have signed permits saying so. Also as far as the tenant whom has a restraining order out on ******************* NOT ME for harassment also have prof of him stating this fact as well I also fixed things in the apartment of the first floor also ******************* was very unprofessional sexually harassing my subcontractor by sending text messages of unsolicited comments about her body parts and how much certain songs make him want to do things to her which I have text message to prove. I also believe that me ******** is here doing this because he wanted me to do things against code to make this boom boom room tried to get me to make bedroom a where they werent permitted and because of this he cancLED contract I have text messages to prove it. I also have tried multiple times to get in and fix whatever he wanted in the first floor but he refused accces on numerous times mad it very difficult to communicate harassing my employees also pulling his gun out on one of my employees ******. I have all text messages to prove everything Im saying. Again I tried my best to work under these circumstances and I have done nothing wrong he broke contract from beginning shorting me **** and still has not fulfilled his side of the contract. I dont owe him anything ! Whatever he owes me he can keep its not worth the negative energy he puts out! I dont.l believe in tearing another man down for selfish gain! So I hope this sheds light on the situation and The truth will prevail. For God for me who shall be against me ! Blessings

  [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.  If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]  There is nothing to be satisfied about **************** ****** lying you can even read it in his text hes contradicting his self by saying that he went in and did all the work on ************** floor but then turn around and say I refuse to let him in to do the work..  The truth is he never came and do the work I have receipts hiring a outside contractor to come in and repair the damages As far as this person  **************** mention he failed to mention that this person was in my house trespassing  Mr. ************ ***************** the guy hes mentioning his employee to climb a ladder to the 2nd floor into my house to take tools out of the House  I am a licensed Carrier I walked in to my house to see a silhouette in the dark of a person..  what **************** ****** fail to mention is that he was served a stop work Order  No one was to be on the property  he  Himself  Drove him to my house  And had him climb up a ladder that I have on the side of my house in order  To trespass and take tools out the house I have text messages to prove it As well as well as pictures..  In copies of the documents I sent as well as text picture images because he was not responding to any of my texts to repair my 1st floor unit He mentioned something about demo I have receipts before he even took the job from a prior contractor 2nd I would like to speak on he says something about he ordered supplies before he even got the job that doesn't even sound right who materials when they're not even sure if they're going to get the job What he sent me was prior receipts from different jobs the receipts does not have anything indicated that it was for ********************** He is a shady contractor people were coming to my house arguing about money and that he does not like to pay I have text messages from contractors that try to make side deals because they said he is not the person they would like to work with..  I also would like to speak on **************** trying to make someone look like a criminal I have a clean Record.. Mr. ************ ****** his name  you will see him in Cambridge involved in arrest and a fight for Democrat party ************* You also will find other things but that's not what this is about as he is trying to paint a picture I stopped working with him he did not stop working with me I fired him so he refuses to do the work to repair the damages that he left behind on the 1st floor he refuses to pay me the money that he took for the floors that he sold I asked him to turn in the floors he refused he tried to sell me the floors for half price He indicated sending me a text he paid $16000 for the floors but then contradicts itself and send me an actual receipt that says that  He spent $8000..  I provided him $40000 for materials He accepted the $40000 again let me repeat that he accepted $40000 Now he wants to turn around and say I never paid him what he was asking for I also have text messages contradicting what he saying about $48000 I would like for you guys to contact me so I can provide documents going back-and-forth..  Basically all this is as he said she said Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I can provide you documents and text messages

  In order to refute these accusations, I really uploaded text texts that supported my position.  On April 7th I sent a text to ******************* stating I sent over revised quote to start work. on April 8th contract was signed. April 13 he states himself that he left the key so I can finish demoing and cleaning the house out on April 19th I texted him stating Im going to start rough plumbing and electric and for him to meet for the first check which was in contract for ****** which was split into 3 payments 1st payment of  44,412.50.  But I only recieved ****** in hopes of him making the difference up before the work was done. So that proves I started work and buying rough materials to start work before getting paid.
  
  On July 28th I entered the first floor apartment to run gas pipes I also have text messages and pictures of the work I did there  holes. I patched up also fixed sink & 
  garbage disposal which has nothing to do with my workers for first floor apartment. I also have text message of ******************* saying he needs pictures of what we fixed and how the tenant says we put holes in the wall and text message proven ******************* said we had nothing to do with. 
  
  On October 7 I was sent a stop work order because of a disagreement Ive uploaded text messages to show the time and date I was sent that. I also uploaded text messages from oct 8 around 1pm stating from ******************* we are able to get back on the same page and to fix the vents in the roof . Oct 8  around 6 I received a call from my worker stating ******************* pulled a gun and cocked it back numerous times in Nelsons face. I have uploaded pics of ****** that ******************* took which is clear light out when he approached ****** so there was no reason for him to believe it was a burglar when he saw him clearly ******************* was making it very difficult to work he would say you can work then say you cant it was very confusing.  
  
  I also uploaded text messages from ******************* stating to me his interest in my electrician worker saying how he wants to invite her to his boom boom room and explicit comments about her body which is all in the messages uploaded as well as text messages that ******************* wrote to my electrician who sent me them to show how he was harassing her. In these messages  he sends songs that are x*****  explaining things he wanted to do to her as well as face pictures of him and his son! Very weird ! And unprofessional he was sexual harassing my worker on numerous messages Ive uploaded them all  NO IS NO !

  Good noon better business bureau...  As I have said in previous text We are not getting anywhere..  It's obvious he does not want to accept responsibility of his poor service..  He keeps saying his employee CC Was not his employee she is a subcontractor " electrician "   The one that hes claiming that I have been sexual harassing her If there was any room to download more text messages and images..

  I am providing a document that shows that I provided **************** a text message as well as send him a image of the form stop work order as you can  date..  Stamp text message as well as on the form itself and the pictures I took of  ****** standing in my yard after I serve the stop work order A-day After  Again you was aware that no one was supposed to be on my property but instead you dropped him off..  You're talking about your employee you only have one and that's him no 1 works for you and if you're so concerned about your employee ****** why would you drive him over to my houyes when you know there was a stop work order So stop trying to make it about me pulling a gun you even said I cocked it back a few times..  Wow you are really making this sound like a Western movie I'm sorry sir it's automatic there's no talking it back..  But anyways there were a few pictures that I submit it or sent to him the pictures he providing and there is a picture of him when I told him to come from around the back where he was trying to hide coming off the ladder as you can see the ladder in the air I brought him into the light of the porch as I feel that there was no threat Then everything was put again hes trying to paint this picture but he is not trying to accept responsibility of repairing the Damages to my 1st floor unit

  I share These texts with you to show you just how unprofessional you know **************** is.. when all he had to do is accept his responsibility and reimburse me the **** I paid To repair my 1st floor unit for the damages they cause my 1st floor unit  And provide me my floors that he paid for out of the 40 grand I gave him for materials
