    I purchased the hardcover and digital yearbook from Kaymbu on 6-27-23. My Order Number: *******. I was promised: 1 x Hardcover + Digital Link Bundle ($85/ea) - $85.00 Hardcover books and Digital version (*** drive). I have tried to contact this company at least four times via email and have never received a response. The company sent a link to the digital product, but did not send the *** as promised in my order summary. The link they provided me did not work, and I attempted it numerous times from different computers. The hardcover yearbook was literally just sent to me this month, when it was supposed to be shipped July 2023. The product is not what I ordered. The company had allowed users to modify the yearbooks to exclude pictures if they chose. I meticulously went through the photos and excluded hundreds, but it appears they just printed all of them regardless. The picture quality is so poor and hundreds of images so small, that many pictures are blurry and you cannot even tell which children are in the photo. I have no confidence that the company will be able to fix the product, or provide me with the *** drive they promised. I would like a refund.

    On Nov/Dec ********************************************************* that it will be ready after the year's end, which was in June 2022.Having left over a month to pass I inquired about the status on 7/24/22. NO REPLY I did the same on 7/29/22, 8/5/22, and 8/8/22 (also cc'ing the school this time). NO REPLY On 9/19/22 I received an automated reply that a member of their team (not a big team, but you can check them out) has received my message and they will reach out.I asked for updates on 10/4/22, 10/30/22, and 11/1/22. NO REPLY On 11/20/22 I brought up that they will now talk to my attorney. An hour later I received an email that my yearbook has been sent...After that, someone apologized for the delay (I never understood though the point "Sorry for not getting back to you for the last year"? but I now they reply to you from the same email?TO MAKE THINGS a bit more interesting, on 12/2/22 and 12/7/22 I received their email with the offer to purchase a new yearbook! (yes, from the SAME email).Later (between 12/2/22 - 12/11/22) I checked with the school and all parents and I did not find anyone that had received their book the last year.All replies were from the same email that no one was responding to for a year and now they are promoting new books in the Christmas spirit, not having delivered last year's books.I have the emails to support all that.The conclusions are yours and if my info is public feel free to reach out!Thank you.
